Perhaps GOD Almighty is letting them own the world to see how evil and wicked they'd get. Islam, on the other hand, is completely the opposite of all of this. Arabia's honorable burden, Islam, is indeed monumental
and heavy. Jesus replaced Satan: (Ezekiel 28:13-19). Notice the language of how Satan was: 1. "You were perfect from the day you were created". Jesus was also created from the Word of GOD. Few points to notice here:
1- Islam, since it came 1,500 years ago, was never once called the "lady of kingdoms". All of these prophecies that Walid brought up during his lecture, from the Bible, have already come to pass. His hog wash nonsense doesn't stand ground! He simply put together gibberish points and took things entirely out of their historical and textual contexts to prove his false arguments against Islam.
2- Islam is a religion that strictly prohibits sorcery and dealing with sorcerers. "they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries" is another proofs that the daughter of Babylon can not be Islam:
There are many more Noble Verses that I could present where sorcerers and sorcery are clearly condemned and forbidden, from the Glorious Quran. But these Noble Verse should suffice.
Even if you disagree with Islam, or if you totally reject Islam as the Divine Truth from GOD Almighty, but you still could not with a clear consciousness declare that Islam is the daughter of Babylon! Yet, we see this nonsensical argument being put forth by Walid and his likes.

Here is how much of the ancient pagan beliefs and systems worked in the Middle East:
1- Allah Almighty Sent down Divine Revelations to Prophets of old.
2- Many people followed these anointed Prophets, and many didn't.
3- As the Divine Revelations and Scriptures of old ceased to exist, people started evolving new modifications, paganistic and idol-worshiping beliefs from these original Divine Scriptures.
4- People built idols as representations to GOD Almighty. Example: The Jews built a golden calf shortly after Judaism was born through Prophet Moses, peace be upon him.
5- People gave these idols all kinds of names. Example: Bel was the ancient moon-god, or so we are told.

Walid mentioned the story of Zebah and Zalmunna, in
the Bible, and said that the
book of Acts
, it prophesied about it.
Nowhere is this found in the entire New Testament! Their story is
rather mentioned in the books of Judges 8 and Psalm 83. It doesn't
exist in the entire New Testament.
As I mentioned above, Walid Shoebat either
intentionally lied or made an error on the
Zebah and
Zalmunna story, because he got its entire textual and
historical contexts wrong in the chapters that covered it, in the Bible!
Psalm 83 is NOT a future
Prophecy, nor did Walid even read it correctly.
""Come," they say, "let us destroy them as a nation, so that Israel's name is
remembered no more." (Psalm 83:4)"
is what most of his thesis is built on, along with the Zebah and Zalmunna story.
Without these points, most of Walid's thesis simply falls. Yet, his points
regarding these are 100% bogus. Psalm 83 is a

prayers were rejected by GOD Almighty because they turned to idol worship shortly after

reference! Walid desperately needed it, and hence, either
fabricated it or his memory failed him, during his lecture. In either
case, Walid Shoebat is indisputably wrong and has neither case or prophecy
regarding the Zebah and Zalmunna story in
Judges 8:27-35 and
Jeremiah 21.

Let us look at the two chapters, Judges 8 and Psalm 83 in details. Also, pay close attention to the verses and comments in red, below:
Judges 8
Zebah and Zalmunna

off their camels' necks.
The Israelites Ask Gideon To Be Their King
22 After the battle with the Midianites, the Israelites said, " Gideon, you
rescued us! Now we want you to be our king. Then after your death, your son and
then your grandson will rule."
23 " No," Gideon replied, " I won't be your king, and my son won't be king
either. Only the LORD is your ruler.
24 But I will ask you to do one thing: Give me all the earrings you took from
the enemy." The enemy soldiers had been Ishmaelites, [f] and they wore gold
earrings.
25 The Israelite soldiers replied, " Of course we will give you the earrings."
Then they spread out a robe on the ground and tossed the earrings on it.
26 The total weight of this gold was over forty pounds. In addition, there was
the gold from the camels' ornaments and from the beautiful jewelry worn by the
Midianite kings. Gideon also took their purple robes.
27-29 Gideon returned to his home in Ophrah and had the gold made into a statue,
which the Israelites soon started worshiping.
They became
unfaithful to God, and even Gideon and his family were trapped into worshiping
the statue. [g] The Midianites had
been defeated so badly that they were no longer strong enough to attack Israel.
And
so Israel was at peace for the remaining forty years of Gideon's life.
Gideon Dies
30 Gideon had many wives and seventy sons.
31 He even had a wife [h] who lived at Shechem. [i] They had a son, and Gideon
named him Abimelech.
32 Gideon lived to be an old man. And when he died, he was buried in the family
tomb in his hometown of Ophrah, which belonged to the Abiezer clan.

Soon after Gideon's death, the Israelites turned their backs on God again. They
set up idols of Baal and worshiped Baal Berith [j] as their god.
34 The Israelites forgot that the LORD was their God, and that he had rescued
them from the enemies who lived around them.
35 Besides all that, the Israelites were unkind to Gideon's family, even though
Gideon had done so much for Israel.

j. Judges 8:33 Baal Berith: Or " Baal of the Agreement" or " the Lord of the
Agreement."
Few points to notice here:
1- Gideon had a war with the eastern armies.
2- GOD Almighty made Gideon victorious over them, and had Gideon kill both Zebah and Zalmunna, who were both kings.
3- As always, after GOD Almighty bestowed His Favour on the people of Israel, they turned into idol worship.
4- Even Gideon became an idol worshiper.

Few points to notice here:

Few points to notice here:
1- We have already seen that the Bible has countless metaphors and allegories in it, in my analysis on Isaiah 34, above.
2- If Isaiah 35:1 is a metaphor and not a literal, then the prosperity and the bloom that the verse is talking about, for Arabia, could be a spiritual one, and not a worldly and materialistic one.
3- If this is the case, then this prosperity has got to be Islam! This is further seen in the "Way of Holiness" (Isaiah 35:8) that Arabia will have in it, that no unclean person is allowed to take. This would, without a doubt, then be referring to the Muslims' yearly pilgrimage to Mecca, today.
4- This interpretation of mine is further proven in the following verses from the Glorious Quran and the Bibles:

He also failed to see that the Bible's Prophecies can not be contained in a straitjacket, and nor can GOD Almighty be contained in a straitjacket. The Bible also makes it indisputably clear that all Prophecies and Promises from GOD Almighty are contingent upon the people's behaviors and good deeds, and that GOD Almighty can easily and will take another approach towards them. Prophecies in the Bible are also sometimes mentioned to prove that certain people will fail to fulfill the Will of GOD Almighty. Father and Son Definitions: Definition of Key Terms (*) (a discussion between me and a Christian): 1- What does "The Father" really mean in the Bible? How is it defined in Islam? (see point #5 below) How does the Bible really define it? 2- What does "Son of GOD" really mean in the Bible? 3- Jesus had to match Melchizedek in Miracles and Power, according to the New Testament. See this text-debate (*) between me and a Christian. Jesus' Miracles and Miraculous Birth and Nature were given to him because he needed to be in according to Melchizedek. Who is Melchizedek? According to the Bible, he was the Jews' highest priest who had "no father and no mother", and "no beginning and no end" (Genesis 14:18, Psalm 110:4, Hebrews 5:6-10, Hebrews 7:1-20) [2]. The Bible literally says that. Jesus had to be similar and inline with him; another proof that Jesus being "God" doesn't mean he is the Creator of the Universe. 4- Does the Bible say that Yahweh created Jesus? Yes it does (*). (*) with ample verses.(a)- GOD Almighty, who is not seen by anyone or anything, nor is like unto anyone or anything. (b)- The World of Command, which is the invisible world of the Beings that were made by the Word and the Spirit. So, is Islam the anti-Christ system according to 1john 2:22? No it isn't. Here are some Quran and Bible facts regarding "FATHER" and "SON" in more details: (a)- Allah Almighty is the Believers' only Guardian (المولى): (b)- FRIENDS = SONS in the Bible and Quran (ولي , وليهما and خليلا): We further read the following in the Bibles:

Jesus spelled it out clearly that he knew NOT. And as to calling GOD Almighty "Father", and that Islam denies that GOD Almighty is an ACTUAL FATHER to anyone, in Islam GOD Almighty is called: 1- Rab - Lord, Father (you are the Rab of your home for being the husband and the father). 2- Wali - Guardian. In the old Aramaic and Hebrew, GOD Almighty was called what-is-equivalent-to-Islam our Rab and Wali. But that doesn't make GOD Almighty our actual Father. This is exactly as Judaism metaphors such as idolatry is equivalent to spiritual adultery. Christianity's Salvation Lie: Because Christianity's scriptures didn't get documented for 200+ years after Jesus, the Church and Christians had developed and invented the crucifixion lie and its requirement to save a person from Hell (by him believing in it), which had been thoroughly proven from both the Bible and the Glorious Quran, to be a fabricated lie [1]. Salvation verses like John 3:16 and others are all forgeries that were invented by liars 100s of years after the real Eesa Matthew 9 Matthew 5:7 Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. Being Merciful to others makes you a good person. And Jesus didn't come for you if you are. Jesus didn't come to invite merciful and good people. They're already saved. They need no invitation. The Christian lie about one must accept that Jesus died on the cross for his/her sins is mandatory for their salvation, and that otherwise they'd be doomed to Hell is thoroughly destroyed in Matthew 9:12-13. In fact, both the OT and NT in many passages confirmed that GOD Almighty will save his Messiah from crucifixion and from death and harm.
