ס = S It is the city and region of Saleh in Saudi Arabia. Hebrew SALA or SELA is SALAH or Saleh in Arabic. Vowels are added to letters in Hebrew and Arabic to change the sound of letter. This is similar to the letters E, O and other vowel letters in English. Also inside the city of Medina, Islam's second holiest city, there is also Mount Sela. Medina was Yathrib before Islam.
