    The documented references in Prophet of Doom were derived from English translations of ancient Islamic manuscripts. While hundreds of scholars and researchers have written about Muhammad, his god Allah, and his religion Islam, only five sources can be considered prime, authentic, and to the extent possible, unbiased. All other writings present a cleric’s or scholar’s opinion, one drawn directly or indirectly from the original sources. So rather than study someone’s interpretation of Muhammad, Allah, and Islam, read what Islam’s lone prophet had to say about himself, his god, and his religion. If Muhammad got Islam wrong,  no one has it right. And without Muhammad, there would be no Qur’an and no Islam. Allah would be completely unknown.

    The Sirat Rasul Allah was written by Ibn Ishaq in 750 A.D. It was edited and abridged by Ibn Hisham in 830 and translated by Alfred Guillaume under the title, The Life of Muhammad in 1955 by Oxford Press. Referred to as the Sira, or Biography, Ishaq’s Hadith Collection is comprised of oral reports from Muhammad and his companions. It provides the only written account of Muhammad’s life and the formation of Islam composed within two centuries of the prophet’s death. There is no earlier or more accurate source.

    The History of al-Tabari, called the Ta’rikh, was written by Abu Muhammad bin al-Tabari between 870 and 920 A.D. His monumental work was translated and published in 1987 through 1997 by the State University of New York Press. I quote from volumes I, II, VI, VII, VIII, and IX. Tabari’s History is comprised entirely of Islamic Hadith. It is arranged chronologically. Tabari is Islam’s oldest uncensored source.

    Al-Bukhari’s Hadith, titled: Sahih Al-Bukhari—The True Traditions was collected by Imam Bukhari in 850 A.D. I have used it’s original nomenclature because the only printed English translation (Publisher-Maktaba Dar-us-Salam, Translator-Muhammad Khan) was abridged and erroneously numbered. Muslim was a student of Bukhari. His Hadith Collection was translated into English and is available online. Most Muslims consider their Hadith to be inspired scripture. They are arranged by topic.

    I have blended five Qur’an translations together to convey its message as clearly as possible: Ahmed Ali, Pikthal, Noble by Muhsin Khan, Yusuf Ali, and Shakir. The oldest Qur’an fragments date to 725 A.D.—a century after they were recited. The Qur’an lacks organization and context so it must be read in conjunction with the chronological Hadith Collections of Ishaq and Tabari.

My response:

First of all, as I proved in many of my previous rebuttals, the Al-Tabari and Ibn-Ishaq and other sources are extremely doubtful and unauthenticated.   Most Muslim scholars today firmly and strongly believe in this.  Not that the hadiths used in his absurd "book" are bad or anything, but as most Muslim Scholars agree, we Muslims can't take them as absolute Truth or accurate information.  Much of these volumes are either corrupt or taken out of context.  Again, this is according to the Muslims scholars.  This is why these volumes are considered "unauthenticated".

My final notes regarding his book:

I say this with sincerity and honesty.  Craig Winn's book and the countless narrations that he used seem quite devastating and overwhelming at first due to a number of reasons that the Muslims have to endure today.  The most important reason is the false western media propagation of Islam being a religion of terrorism.  But when one looks deeper into the quotes that he used and takes into consideration the hostile environment that the Muslims were in, and the wars that they had to fight from the infidels who were threatened by Islam's new way of life that took away their idol worship and all of the money-making from it (through their paganistic rituals), then he/she would immediately realize that all of the narrations that Craig Winn used are clearly justified and fully explainable.

Throughout my detailed and thorough writings to him, I proved beyond the shadow of the doubt that:

1-  Islam is a Religion of Peace.

2-  War is forbidden against the peaceful non-Muslims, and that it is only permissible against the hostile enemy.

3-   Mistreatment of prisoners of war is strictly forbidden in Islam.  Muslims are commanded by Allah Almighty in the Noble Quran to treat with kindness their captives and to feed them and cloth them as well.

4-  Islam came to gradually end the Judeo-Christian and pagan slavery.  Also, slaves have the right to request and earn their freedom from their Muslim masters.  Not only that, but the Muslim master would have to pay money for the slave to help him/her get a good jump start in their independent life.

5-  The Noble Quran contains ample Noble Verses that Command the Muslims to buy slaves and then free them.  This is called manumitting slaves.

6-  Last and not least, the Noble Quran's Miracles (Archeological, Historical and Scientific Miracles) are within it, which makes Islam's Divine Miracles Living and Everlasting ones.  This is unlike the former Prophets' Miracles that ended with the death and/or departure of the Prophets.  Today for instance, we do not see Prophets splitting seas in half; turning sticks into live snakes; healing leprosy; raising the dead to life (as happened with both the OT's and NT's Prophet's of the Bible) etc....

So to sum it all up, Craig Winn, who is filled with overwhelming amount of hate and resentment toward Islam and Muslims (you can clearly see this through his writings), had miserably failed to disprove Islam because:

1-  He chose to take the bashing road instead of the objective one, which only upsets people and doesn't prove a thing.  And even in this road, I still was able to fully debunk him and expose his hypocrisy by simply presenting ample scenarios and quotes from his Bible that dealt with the same exact situations and scenarios that he was bashing Islam with.

2-  He failed to show how Islam is not a Divine Religion from GOD Almighty, because he did not present anything that refuted any of the Noble Quran's Claims, and he instead settled for his bashing tactics that ultimately all back fired at him.

Anyway, last and not least, and on a personal side, I'd like to say that it was a pleasure for me to interact with and learn from Mr. Craig Winn.   He had forced me to learn a lot, and to expand myself to better understand and appreciate the opposing side's point of views, and to develop better skills and methods to effectively respond to the other side in both objective and truthful manners.

With all honesty and truthfulness, Craig Winn's book had helped me love and appreciate Islam and Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, even more, because I now know what type of challenges and extreme hardship the Muslims had to endure in order for them to fight for the Holy Cause of Allah Almighty and to protect His Divine Message of the Noble Quran.   It truly is a miraculous accomplishment, indeed!

I sincerely pray to Allah Almighty that Mr. Winn embraces Islam some day.  Ameen.
