[016:007]  And they carry your heavy loads to lands that ye could not (otherwise) reach except with souls distressed: for your Lord is indeed Most Kind, Most Merciful,

Sher Ali:

[016:007]  And they carry your loads to a land which you could not reach except with great hardship to yourselves. Surely, your Lord is compassionate, Merciful.

Shakir:

[016:007]  And they carry your heavy loads to regions which you could not reach but with distress of the souls; most surely your Lord is Compassionate, Merciful.

Pickthall:

[016:007]  And they bear your loads for you unto a land ye could not reach save with great trouble to yourselves. Lo! your Lord is Full of Pity, Merciful.

Sale:

[016:007]  And they carry your burdens to a distant country, at which ye could not otherwise arrive, unless with great difficulty to yourselves; for your Lord is compassionate and merciful.

[029:013]  They will bear their own burdens, and (other) burdens along with their own, and on the Day of Judgments they will be called to account for their falsehoods.

[029:013]  They surely carry the weight of their own sins, and also that of others whom they misled. Burdens to add to their own load! On the Day of Judgment, they will most certainly be asked about the lies they used to invent.

29:13 وليحملن اثقالهم واثقالا مع اثقالهم وليسألن يوم القيامة عما كانوا يفترون

[029:013]  But they shall, surely, bear their own burdens, and other burdens along with their own burdens. And they will, surely, be questioned on the Day of Resurrection concerning that which they fabricated.

Shakir:

[029:013]  And most certainly they shall carry their own burdens, and other burdens with their own burdens, and most certainly they shall be questioned on the resurrection day as to what they forged.

[029:013]  But they verily will bear their own loads and other loads beside their own, and they verily will be questioned on the Day of Resurrection concerning that which they invented.

[029:013]  In fact, they will carry their own sins, in addition to loads of other people's sins for which they were responsible. Most certainly, they will be asked on the Day of Resurrection about their false claims.

Rodwell:

[029:013]  But their own burdens, and burdens beside their own burdens shall they surely bear: and inquisition shall be made of them on the day of Resurrection as to their false devices.
