As'salamu Alaikum dear brother,
No, it's not an error. I changed the file's name from "prophecies_muh.htm" to "prophecies_by_prophet_muhammad.htm". I didn't like the old name, and naming of files was something I lacked experience on. I came from the Windows 3.1 and DOS world where file names were 8 characters maximum. So I got used to abbreviating file names. It took me a while to adjust after Windows 95 came out. But the old habbit stuck for a while. But now seeing it again, I felt that the name of the file was a bit inappropriate with our standards today. I don't like abbreviating our blessed Prophet's name when I can spell it all out. This was a mistake and I forgot all about it.
The reason for the new file name is to preserve any outside references to "prophecies_muh.htm" in the internet. If I completely remove it, then no one will know about the new file "prophecies_by_prophet_muhammad.htm". So, this is why you see the brief redirect message.
