In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful!
Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:
Once Allah's Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o 'Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, "O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women)." They asked, "Why is it so, O Allah's Apostle ?" He replied, "You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you." The women asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion?" He said, "Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?" They replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn't it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?" The women replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her religion."

This hadith is not speaking of all Muslim women; because, these women can lead a wise man astray. How can the intelligence of these women be deficient yet leads astray a cautious man? For them to mislead a wise man means they are smarter than wise men; thus, not deficient in intelligence. There are 60 sources that speak of the witness of one man and one woman; their witness is the same, equal. To take these 60 literatures are to a line with the fact the witness of one man equaling witness of two women was fixed with a specific women at the time of the prophet; because, there are 60 ways in which witness of both sexes are equal, which clearly refutes that the witness of two women equaling to that of one man.
1. Shahada: witnessing oneness of God: both male and female (sahih bukhari)
2. And (remember) when We took your covenant (saying): Shed not the blood of your (people), nor turn out your own people from their dwellings. Then, (this) you ratified and (to this) you bear witness: both male and female. ( Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #84)
3. Or were you witnesses when death approached Ya'qub (Jacob)?: both male and female (سورة البقرة, Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #133)
4. that you be witnesses over mankind and the Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) be a witness over you: both male and female(سورة البقرة, Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #143)
5. And of mankind there is he whose speech may please you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), in this worldly life, and he calls Allah to witness as to that which is in his heart: male and female. (سورة البقرة, Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #204)
6. say: "Bear witness that we are Muslims.": male and female. (سورة آل عمران, Aal-i-Imraan, Chapter #3, Verse #64)
7. O people of the Scripture! you (yourselves) bear witness (to their truth).": male and female (سورة آل عمران, Aal-i-Imraan, Chapter #3, Verse #70)
8. they bore witness that the Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) is true: male and female(سورة آل عمران, Aal-i-Imraan, Chapter #3, Verse #86)
9. Say: "O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Why do you stop those who have believed, from the Path of Allah, seeking to make it seem crooked, while you (yourselves) are witnesses: male and female (سورة آل عمران, Aal-i-Imraan, Chapter #3, Verse #99)
10. And when you release their property to them, take witness in their presence; and Allah is All-Sufficient in taking account: male and female. (سورة النساء, An-Nisaa, Chapter #4, Verse #6)
11. And those of your women who commit illegal sexual intercourse, take the evidence of four witnesses from amongst you against them; male and female (سورة النساء, An-Nisaa, Chapter #4, Verse #15)
12. as witnesses to Allah . . . and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do: male and female (سورة النساء, An-Nisaa, Chapter #4, Verse #135)
13. O you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah as just witnesses; male and female (سورة المائدة, Al-Maaida, Chapter #5, Verse #8)
14. for to them was entrusted the protection of Allah's Book, and they were witnesses thereto: male and female (سورة المائدة, Al-Maaida, Chapter #5, Verse #44)
15. And when they (who call themselves Christians) listen to what has been sent down to the Messenger . . .so write us down among the witnesses: male and female (سورة المائدة, Al-Maaida, Chapter #5, Verse #83)
16. "We bear witness against ourselves." It was the life of this world that deceived them. And they will bear witness against themselves that they were disbelievers: male and female (سورة الأنعام, Al-An'aam, Chapter #6, Verse #130)
17. And they will bear witness against themselves, that they were disbelievers: male and female (سورة الأعراف, Al-A'raaf, Chapter #7, Verse #37) (سورة التوبة, At-Tawba, Chapter #9, Verse #17)
18. and the witnesses will say, "These are the ones who lied against their Lord!" male and female (سورة هود, Hud, Chapter #11, Verse #18
19. That they may witness things that are of benefit to them: male and female (سورة الحج, Al-Hajj, Chapter #22, Verse #28)
20. that the Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) may be a witness over you and you be witnesses over mankind! Male and female (سورة الحج, Al-Hajj, Chapter #22, Verse #78)
21. And let a party of the believers witness their punishment. Male and female (سورة النور, An-Noor, Chapter #24, Verse #2)
22. And those who accuse chaste women, and produce not four witnesses, flog them with eighty stripes: male and female (سورة النور, An-Noor, Chapter #24, Verse #4)
23. And for those who accuse their wives, but have no witnesses except themselves, let the testimony of one of them be four testimonies; male and female (سورة النور, An-Noor, Chapter #24, Verse #6) (An-Noor, Chapter #24, Verse #8)
24. Why did they not produce four witnesses? Since they (the slanderers) have not produced witnesses! Then with Allah they are the liars: male and female (سورة النور, An-Noor, Chapter #24, Verse #13)
25. And those who do not bear witness to falsehood, and if they pass by some evil play or evil talk, they pass by it with dignity: male and female (سورة الفرقان, Al-Furqaan, Chapter #25, Verse #72)
26. "We inform You that none of us bears witness to it (that they are Your partners)!" male and female (سورة فصلت, Fussilat, Chapter #41, Verse #47)
27. And those whom they invoke instead of Him have no power of intercession - except for those who bear witness to the truth knowingly: male and female (سورة الزخرف, Az-Zukhruf, Chapter #43, Verse #86)
28. When the hypocrites come to you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), they say: "We bear witness that you are indeed the Messenger of Allah." Allah knows that you are indeed His Messenger, and Allah bears witness that the hypocrites are liars indeed. Male and female (سورة المنافقون, Al-Munaafiqoon, Chapter #63, Verse #1)
29. And take as witness two just persons from among you: male and female (Muslims).(سورة الطلاق, At-Talaaq, Chapter #65, Verse #2)
40. And by the witnessing day (i.e. Friday), and by the witnessed day [i.e. the day of 'Arafat (Hajj) the ninth of Dhul-Hijjah]; male and female (سورة البروج, Al-Burooj, Chapter #85, Verse #3)
31. And they witnessed what they were doing against the believers (i.e. burning them). Male and female (سورة البروج, Al-Burooj, Chapter #85, Verse #7
32. Bear witness that we are Muslims: male or female (sahih bukhari, Book #1, Hadith #6)
33. pronounce Adhan for the prayer raise your voice in doing so, for whoever hears the Adhan, whether a human being, a jinn or any other creature, will be a witness for you on the Day of Resurrection." 34. "Indeed, the recitation of the Qur'an in the early dawn (Fajr prayer) is ever witnessed. Male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #11, Hadith #621)
35. You people are Allah's witnesses on earth." male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #23, Hadith #448)
36. "I make you a witness that I have intended to perform Hajj along with 'Umra." After arriving at Mecca, Ibn 'Umar performed one Tawaf only (between Safa and Marwa). Male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #26, Hadith #703)
37. I make you witnesses that I have made 'Umra and Hajj obligatory for myself. Both male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #28, Hadith #34)
38. "Produce two witnesses (to support your claim) Both male and female (sahih bukari, Book #45, Hadith #692)
39. "The testimony of the people (is accepted), (for) the believer are Allah's witnesses on the earth." Both male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #48, Hadith #810)
40. 'If there were three witnesses only?' He said, 'Even three.' We asked, 'If there were two only?' He said, 'Even two.' But we did not ask him about one witness." Both male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #48, Hadith #811)
41. And to give a false witness." Both male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #48, Hadith #821)
42. Adhan, raise your voice with it for whoever will hear the Adhan whether a human being, or a Jinn, or anything else, will bear witness, in favor on the Day of Resurrection." Abu Said added, "I have heard this from Allah's Apostle ." Both male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #54, Hadith #517)
43. "Be witnesses." Then a Piece of the moon went towards the mountain. Both male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #58, Hadith #209)
44. the Apostle (Muhammad) will be a witness over yourselves, and that is what is meant by the Statement of Allah "Thus We have made of you a just and the best nation that you may be witnesses over mankind and the Apostle (Muhammad) will be a witness over yourselves." 45. The Prophet kept on saying, "Either you bring forth the witnesses or you will receive the legal punishment (lashes) on your back."Both male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #60, Hadith #271)
46. 'When the hypocrites come to you, they say: 'We bear witness that you are indeed the Apostle of Allah." (63.1) So the Prophet sent for me and recited it and said, "Allah has confirmed your statement."Both male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #60, Hadith #427)
47. Allah's Apostle said, 'If I were to stone to death someone without witnesses, I would have stoned this lady'? Both male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #63, Hadith #236)
48. "And I warn you against giving forged statement and a false witness; I warn you against giving a forged statement and a false witness." Both male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #73, Hadith #7)
49. "And after them there will come people who will bear witness, though they will not be asked to give their witnessBoth male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #76, Hadith #436)
50. 'If I were ever to stone to death any woman without witnesses. (I would have stoned that woman to death)? (sahih bukhari, Book #82, Hadith #838)

52. by playing a trick presents two false witnesses Both male and female (sahih bukhari, Book #86, Hadith #98)
53. Either (you should produce) two witnesses (to support your contention) or his oath (would be accepted as valid). Both male and female (sahih muslim, Book #001, Hadith #0255)
54. For one who shows endurance on the hardships and rigour of it (of Medina) I would be an intercessor or a witness on his behalf on the Day of Resurrection. Both male and female (sahih muslim, Book #007, Hadith #3181)
55. Messenger of Allah, if I were to find with my wife a man, should I wait until I bring four witnesses? He said: Yes. Both male and female (sahih muslim, Book #009, Hadith #3570)
56. Jabir said that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) cursed the accepter of interest and its payer, and one who records it, and the two witnesses, and he said: They are all equal.Both male and female (sahih muslim, Book #010, Hadith #3881)
57. Ibn 'Abbas reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) pronounced judgment on the basis of an oath and a witness (by the plaintiff). Both male and female (sahih muslim, Book #018, Hadith #4246)
58. Should I not tell you of the best witnesses? He is the one who produces his evidence before he is asked for it. Both male and female (sahih muslim, Book #018, Hadith #4268)
59. Then there would come people who would love (to look) bulky and they would hasten to the witness box before they are asked to bear witness.Both male and female (Book #031, Hadith #6154)
60. False witness has been made equivalent to attributing a partner to Allah. Both male and female (sunan abu dawud, Book #24, Hadith #3592)
