Minor error.

In this link, http://www.answering-christianity.com/ac20.htm#links, when you were explaining the halocline phenomenon, you proved Dawkins's "mixing to cups of fresh and salty water" wrong, there was an error in it. You used an egg to show that there is a barrier between a salty and fresh water. Here is the quote: "Also in the same video, I have added a clip that refutes Richard Dawkins salt and fresh water in a glass of water challenge.  Notice how the egg in the freshwater sank, while the egg in the salt water floated, and while the egg in the mixed water stayed in the middle.  This is because it floated on the salt water and sank under the fresh water in the same glass:.

It is more likely that the egg stayed in the centre because the densities of the heavy salt water and the lighter fresh water merged creating a density similar to that of the egg. this makes more sense than them being separate. This is about it.

You reached the wrong conclusion.  Let's take a closer look at the experiment, in the image, and at the scientific proofs in the video:




1-  The egg in the left glass sank because the water had no salt in it.

2-  The egg in the middle glass floated because the water had salt in it.

3-  The egg in the right glass sank in the fresh water and floated on the salt water.  The two waters did not mix right a way.  In the following video this will be made very clear to you.



Fresh water above salt water:

Here what appears to be air above the surface of the water is actually fresh water above the salt water.  So while it appears that the diver is at the surface of the water, he's actually almost above the salt water and still deep inside the fresh water:
