Miracle of 10,000 steps in Islam

As'salamu Alaikum dear brothers and sisters in Islam,

Watch this great lecture by Sheikh Hamza Yusuf.  He quoted top medical institutions saying that the best way to cure Type 2 Diabetes is to walk 10,000 steps everyday.  And when Sheikh Hamza did his Umra in Mecca, he had a step-counter app, and by the time he finished it, it calculated a little above 10,000 steps for him.

So even the Islamic Religious Ritual of doing Umra Mecca has a Scientific Miracle and/or Notion in it.  Indeed, all Praise and Thanks and Glory are due to Allah Almighty Alone.
