I'm deeply sorry about this little boy.

The United States threatened to cut financial aids to Palestinian refugees, including women and children, because Donald Trump supports Zionism of Israel, and he approved to move his US embassy to Jerusalem. He acused the Palestinian authorities of not negotiating with Israeli Zionists for two-state solution.

Anti-Muslims like Robert Spancer and David Wood praised this move.

I have removed the link above.  We don't know if it's a fraud or not.  The internet is full of thieves and frauds who strike on people's emotions.  Your intentions are very noble indeed, but I am sorry, it is quite dangerous to allow yourselves to be taken advantage of.

If the child is indeed authentic, then his local charity organizations will take care of him, insha'Allah.  No need for us to be driven behind uncertainties, and worse, drive others with us.
