Islam and evolution
« on: January 28, 2018, 02:33:07 PM »
It's impossible for Islam to be scientific here's why let's talk about evolution some Muslims say we believe in evolution in small and gradual steps but not the fact we came from apes this is impossible let me prove this.
1) If you believe organisms can make small gradual changes the earth has been around for billions of years so we could have easily and gradually evolved from apes.
2) If you believe animals have to make small minature adaptions this means your God has made some minature mistakes.
Seriously use logic
3) People also say that there is no evidence for evolution but we find skulls of ape looking humans your excuse is then how do we know this isn't a different species but scientist have observed these skulls and they are 100% sure these are our ancestors.
4) Also there is not one grain of evidence of perfect creation actually it's obvious most animals have adapted due to there circumstances just look around your God didn't make them they adapted you ask us proof of evolution and the big bang were is your proof of perfect creation and animal don't Mar small adaptions.
5) If an animal makes a small adaption which they do your God has made a small mistake.

Anyone can debunk this using logic.

He increases in creation what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.(sura fatir,:1)
so,it's possible that Allah can modify or increase in creation. it's possible that Allah created other animals through evolution except human, I heard this is the belief of sheikh yasir qadhi and zaghlool najjar.
we-have-still-not-found-the-missing-link-between-us-and-apes.
There was once an animal that was an ancestor to both humans and apes. But what was it like?

Many Darwinists wonder how we could possibly deny the 'fact of evolution'. After all, we can actually observe changes in nature. How can we possibly not see this? The only explanation, Darwinists say, is that we are willingly ignorant of the truth.

However, we do not deny variation. Not even the most fundamental die-hard scientist would ever deny that change occurs! Presenting variations with the view that we deny them is a misrepresentation of our position.

The scientific evolution:
'change over time',  'descent with modification', or 'the change of allele frequencies of a population over time'.

This is well established, testable, falsifiable and provable.

Neo-Darwinism  ( commonly called 'Evolution theory')

'the idea that all life has descended from a single common ancestor over millions of years via a net gain in new genetic information'.

This is laughable Speculation; completely half baked, not testable, not falsifiable and not provable.

Why must we be from apes?  Just because we are related in many things, it doesn't mean that we evolved from them.  Anyway, the following links should help, Insha'Allah:

1)If we agree creations make small subtle adaptions over time in 3.4 billion years millions of adaptions could make that organism into a new species like from human to ape just an example. I know there is no solid evidence but over 3.4 billion years organisms must be completely different don't you think?
2) If we belive in small adaptations does that flaw the theory of perfect creation

1-If darwinists want us to be believe their scenario, it had to be  well established, testable, falsifiable and provable.
As microbe to man evolution is not testable, not falsifiable and not provable, then it's just a speculation or conjecture at its best.

Adam is the first human that was created from dust/clay. This is unnegotiable as it is mentioned clearly in Quran.
http://quranscientificerror.blogspot.com/2013/08/re-humans-were-created-from-single.html

Quran on human creation:

18:51
Sahih International

I did not make them witness to the creation of the heavens and the earth or to the creation of themselves, and I would not have taken the misguiders as assistants.

http://quran.com/18/51

Quran points out to a simple fact. All human trials to understand their origins are not testable, not falsifiable and not provable, just speculations & conjectures.

The Qur’an clearly states that Adam was created by Allah from the clay.
The “miracle” of our creation enables us to recognize and remain in total awe of Allāh's limitless powers. That in turn allows us to submit to Him and to His message conveyed to us through His Prophets.

For surely, the Magnificent Creator who fashioned a complete living being out of a mere sperm drop, can resurrect that same human being hundreds of years after his death; after his total decomposition into nothingness.

Because for the One for whom the first, original creation was so easy, the resurrection will be even easier:
كَمَا بَدَأْنَا أَوَّلَ خَلْقٍ نُّعِيدُهُ وَعْدًا عَلَيْنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا فَاعِلِينَ
“…Even as We produced the first creation, so shall We produce a new one; a promise We have undertaken. Truly shall We fulfil it.” [21:104]

Allāh mentions 3 other words in another place in the Qurʾān where He mentions the “despicable” water – “طِين”,”نسل” and “سلالة”:
الَّذِي أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقَهُ وَبَدَأَ خَلْقَ الْإِنسَانِ مِن طِينٍ – ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهُ مِن سُلَالَةٍ مِّن مَّاء مَّهِينٍ
Who made all things good which He created, and He began the creation of man from clay; And made his progeny from a quintessence of the nature of a fluid despised.” [32:7-8]

The point that comes across is how Allāh brought every one of us into this world from a mere drop of fluid – a fluid that is considered dirty, and worthy of being washed off and discarded; which emanates from a part of the body that is also kept hidden and considered shameful; a part that excretes the filth (urine) from our bodies.

Furthermore, when a human baby comes into this world, it again does so through the same anatomical part of his mother's body.

Allāh reminds man again and again of his origins, of his first and subsequent creation, in order to cull his arrogance and reinforce his belief in Allāh's absolute power of creation and resurrection.

Because as long as we keep reminding ourselves of how we were created, how we were born, and how we came into existence from nothing, to ultimately grow bigger and take the shape of a functioning human being from the merger of two tiny cells, we will perhaps be able to stop doubting how Allāh will put us back together in the Akhirah when the Hour is established.

2-Every species can adapt to the environmental conditions in its own habitat. Every species has a certain “variability coefficient” peculiar to it.  They are created to adapt to various environments.

This is only sign from Allah. Adaptation and Natural selection are biological facts, yet microbe-to-man evolution is not.

But the early man must look completely different to what it is now after adapting over 3.4 billion years so is it possible they were ape like?

Humans are classified in biology as Apes. So, biologically speaking, you are an ape. The same way you say: ants are insects.

If you mean animal-like, watch this:

So is there a chance we were once ape like not apes still human but ape like.

There is an oft-repeated claim that human-chimp DNA is 98% (or more) similar. This figure was based on rather primitive comparisons published in 1975.What the researchers did was to extract DNA from two species, add them to the same test tube, warmed the tube up, and then measured how much light was absorbed by the combination as it cooled.. These early reports were popularized by evolutionists, but this was long before even the initial drafts of the human and chimp genome that were announced in 2001 and 2005, respectively.with our modern understanding of genetics, we now know that “98%” is simply not the case.

The human and chimpanzee Y chromosomes are radically different from one another. Half of the chimpanzee Y chromosome is “missing” and the rest is only ~70% identical to human. Evolutionists struggle to explain how such a tremendous difference happened, even given their assumption that we have been separated by millions of years.

“For about 23% of our genome, we share no immediate genetic ancestry with our closest living relative, the chimpanzee.

“Thus, in two-thirds of the cases a genealogy results in which humans and chimpanzees are not each other’s closest genetic relatives. The corresponding genealogies are incongruent with the species tree. In accordance with the experimental evidences, this implies that there is no such thing as a unique evolutionary history of the human genome. Rather, it resembles a patchwork of individual regions following their own genealogy.[/b]

(Ebersberger, I. et al., Mapping human genetic ancestry, Molec. Biol. Evol. 24:2266–2276, 2007.)
The authors (ebersberger) add that the lack of support for a consistent and clear evolutionary tree among humans and other primates is due to the “inclusion of alignments with no clear phylogenetic signal,”32 a significant statement given the fact that they used extremely high levels of data filtering and selection designed to provide enormous levels of “phylogenetic signals”.

The large differences in both structural arrangements of unique DNA features and gene content described in the Y-chromosome study, is particularly damaging to human-chimp DNA similarity mythos and the dogma of primate evolution.
“ … 6 million years of separation, the difference in MSY gene content in chimpanzee and human is more comparable to the difference in autosomal gene content in chicken and human, at 310 million years of separation. ( Hughes, J.F. et al., Chimpanzee and human Y chromosomes are remarkably divergent in structure and gene content, Nature 463:536–539, 2010.)

The main problem with these drastic differences between human and chimp Y-chromosomes is that the evolutionary dogma cannot account for it.
