As'salamu Alaikum,
It is. All of mentioned sources are not authentic, and the Hadith isn't even mentioned that much in them. The very text of it sounds like a Bible's NT one, where it gives ridiculous absolute statements left and right:
1- You don't know anything.
2- Not whatsoever.
3- Always.
4- Not a single one.
etc...
This is one topic I am working on for this section:
www.answering-christianity.com/trinity_crucified.htmThe language of this hadith sounds like the corrupt bible. Just metaphorical junk and absolute statements that falsify themselves. Like John the Baptist is even
lesser than the least one in Heaven. Seeing the ample metaphorical rubbish in the NT, that even give blanket statement about all rich people going to Hell, I say this hadith is false like the NT's junk:
The Jews were split into 71 groups, and the Christians into 72, but YOU MUSLIMS will split even into 73 groups. Sounds like made up lies on the mouth of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. Like that false verse on the Noble Quran:
"Only sand fills mankind's eyes." This is not a Noble Verse and it is certainly outside the Glorious Quran. But there are documented claims that it is a Noble Verse, which it is not. It was thrown out as a forgery. This kind of metaphorical language is not Islamic. You find it in the Bible. Like for example:
"A Church leader or religious man makes judgment about ALL THINGS, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment." 1 Corinthians 2:15Tell that crap to the believers who were raped at young age in their churches, or to those whose money was stolen from crooked church ministers and priests.
