Salam,
Quran 3:59 says: Indeed, the example of Jesus to Allah is like that of Adam. He created Him from dust; then He said to him, "Be," and he was.
However if we look through the quran, we never see that adam was created from be and it is.
The creation of adam in the quran
38:71: Truly, I am going to create man from clay.
So when I have fashioned him and breathed into him (his) soul created by Me, then you fall down prostrate to him.’
It is he who has created man from water
-- Sura 25:54
And God has created every living creature from water.
-- Sura 24:45
And 3:59 says from dust
Obviously there are no contradictions in these statemenrslike if you ask a cook how do you bake a cake, i make a cake with flour and eggs and water etc.
Howeve the issue is in quran 3:59 when it says be and it id, the quran nor ahadith ever mention the be and it is regarding adams creation. Be and it is means trhat god says be and he becomes but adams creation was not instand, as the quran says he will form him out of clay and then breath his spirit in him, we also see from a hadith adam being created took time and was not be and it is.
Tirmidhi hasan hadith:
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:
“When Allah created Adam, He breathed the soul into him, then he sneezed and said: ‘All praise is due to Allah.’
So how do you reconcile the be and it is with adam when it is never mentioned he was created from be and it is. And we know his creation took time
