Why are you asking about Asians here??  I already gave you what Allah Almighty told us in the Glorious Quran.  Beyond that, it belongs to the world of the unseen. We simply do not know:

[017:085]  They ask thee concerning the Spirit (of inspiration). Say: "The Spirit (cometh) by command of my Lord: of knowledge it is only a little that is communicated to you, (O men!)"

Any guessing would be conjecture.  And like brother Submit said above:

People will look like human, only that they will be higher, look more beatiful and there will no beards in paradise. According to hadith from prophet muhamad.

Bodies will be perfect in paradise with no weknessses.

Young, heatlhy, strong, big desires, beatiful, sexy, no bad smells, no urine nor waste after eating food.

Total perfection wich cant be improved anymore.
