What does it mean the arabic expression muqatal-ullah ?

What doest it mean the arabic word muqatal-ullah ? Does it mean "one who fight in the cause of Allah" or rather "antagonist of Allah" ?

Wa Alaikum As'salam Wa Rahmatu Allah Wa Barakatuh dear brother Idris,

Muqatil is derived from Qital, which means to fight.  Qatl means killing or murdering.  So if someone is Muqatil Allah means he is fighting GOD Almighty perhaps through killing His Servants.
