Was the verse 21:30 borrowed from ancient pagan myths?

A time ago, I listened that the verse 21:30 of the Quran was borrowed from ancient pagan, in this verse the Quran talks about the Big Bang and according to wahat i have heard, this theory was present in form of Mythology many centuries before the Quran, the user mendacium remedium made this very question here, but he did not obtain a reply: http://www.answering-christianity.com/blog/index.php?topic=1046.0

the article is about Egyptian wind & air god, sky god, horizon god, moon god and sun god. But no proper ancient verses/quotes were written in the article.
Its limited to gods of certain elements within a galaxy or much smaller what can be seen from earth.

As for Quran its talking about attribute of universe what can't be seen from earth.

"Verily, the Hour is surely coming. But I will to keep it hidden, that every soul may be rewarded for that which it strives (to achieve)." [The Qur'an 20:15]

 Assalamu alaikum,

 Regarding the scientific miracles, not all of them have been refuted. You shouldn't be a Muslim only because of the scientific miracles in the Quran. In fact, you should barely use them when it comes to calling people to Islam. I agree wih Hamza Tzortis TBH. The Quran isn't a book of science, but a book of guidance.

We have discussed these things in detail long ago.
But u must keep this in your mind that Quran is not the only heavenly book. heavenly books were revealed to each and every civilization that wandered on this earth. Their books might had verses referring to this fact. But unfortunately the people at that time lacked knowledge and those books got distorted over time as no one bothered about preserving them. They snipped the verses just to fit their own narratives.
 Quran is different. It's the last heavenly book which contains knowledge pertaining everything in this universe. But it's much more sophisticated and designed in such a way that it makes sense to people of all times. And here Allah didn't refer to the scientific facts directly just to prevent confusions. You already saw that one word can be laden with much deeper meanings than perceived before.  And Allah Himself has taken the responsibility of preserving it. That's why you don't see different versions of the Quran unlike other books.

egyptian texts talks about heaven and earth. And the so called explanations are from what is viewed from earth. god of wind god air god , horizon god of sun moon etc all are elements that recognized and viewed from earth.

verse of quran 21:30 is talking about a special matter. where later heaven and earth got created.
