W/slam,

Quran 9:29 - http://discover-the-truth.com/2014/06/03/examining-quran-929-does-islam-sanction-the-killing-of-christians-and-jews/

Quran 2:191 - http://discover-the-truth.com/2014/08/12/quran-2191-and-kill-them-wherever-you-find-them-explained/

A nice compilation of rebuttals for all the so called "violent" verses in the Qur'an:
http://discover-the-truth.com/2014/11/08/debunking-the-myth-that-the-quran-endorses-violence-2/

I personally don't know of any event when the Prophet had Christians killed in Madina, if I am mistaken I ask the more experienced and knowledgeable users on this forum to correct me.

The event you are referring to is most probably the punishment of the Jewish tribe - Banu Quraidah, which is explained in detail here:
http://discover-the-truth.com/2015/04/02/jewish-tribe-banu-qurayza-part-1/
http://discover-the-truth.com/2015/04/02/jewish-tribe-banu-qurayza-part-2/

or the answering-christianity article here:
http://www.answering-christianity.com/umar/banu_quraiza_stuff.htm

Pertinent to this event, I should point out that the figure 800 is generally used by anti-Islamists as the number of Jews killed, which is criticised here:
http://www.haqq.com.au/~salam/misc/qurayza.html

Whether the above criticism holds weight or not the scholars are, generally speaking, unanimous on the point that the Jews were killed because of their committing treason.

Regards

Prophet Moses killed 3000 stubborn Israelites based on the story inside Bible.
For the Israelites are known to take covenants lightly and not adhere to covenants made.

I do not understand why muslims do not use tafsirs eg Ibn Kathir to see what the Quranic verses means ? Please, tell me what is the correct interpretation of the Quran 9:29 ? It refer to the Tabuq battle against Greeks and Romans or it just says that "Fighting those who do not believe in Islam can done in many other forms other than a physical fight or conflict, fighting someone can be done with the tongue, you refute and crush the persons lies, and you preach the truth to them until they repent of their ways and come to the truth. There is not a single objection any Christian or other can bring against this point, because they have deceptively interpreted this verse to mean physical altercation only..."

http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/showthread.php?22018-Surah-9-29-fight-those-who-dont-believe-until-they-pay-the-Jizya

Can someone explain it to me ? What our mufassirun - like Tabari, Ibn Kathir, Qurtubi etc. - have said in comments to verse 9:29 ??
I would't try to translate it since my arabic is not perfect, below the link to the original tafsirs:
