IDENTITY OF ISLAM: QURAN & SUNNA OF OUR RASOOL(SA)

Malik :: Book 46 : Hadith 46.1.3
Yahya related to me from Malik that he heard that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "I have left two matters with you. As long as you hold to them, you will not go the wrong way. They are the Book of Allah and the Sunna of His Prophet."
Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 92 :: Hadith 415
Narrated Humaid:
I heard Muawiya bin Abi Sufyan delivering a sermon. He said, "I heard the Prophet saying, "If Allah wants to do a favor to somebody, He bestows on him, the gift of understanding the Quran and Sunna. I am but a distributor, and Allah is the Giver. The state of this nation will remain good till the Hour is established, or till Allah's Order comes."
Bukhari :: Book 8 :: Volume 73 :: Hadith 120
Narrated Tariq:
'Abdullah said, "The best talk is Allah's Book (Qur'an), and the best guidance is the guidance of Muhammad."
49: 1. O you who believe! Do not put (yourselves) forward before Allâh and His Messenger (SAW), and fear Allâh. Verily! Allâh is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
6: 21. And who does more wrong than he who invents a lie against Allah or rejects His Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, revelations, etc.)? Verily, the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong¬doers, etc.) shall never be successful.
Muslim :: Book 30 : Hadith 5818
Abu Huraira reported that he heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Avoid that which I forbid you to do and do that which I command you to do to the best of your capacity.
4: 59. O you who believe! Obey Allâh and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority. (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allâh and His Messenger (SAW), if you believe in Allâh and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for final determination.
4: 69. And whoso obeys Allâh and the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), then they will be in the company of those on whom Allâh has bestowed His Grace, of the Prophets, the Siddiqûn, the martyrs, and the righteous. And how excellent these companions are!
4: 80. He who obeys the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), has indeed obeyed Allâh, but he who turns away, then we have not sent you (O Muhammad SAW) as a watcher over them.
4: 105. Surely, We have sent down to you (O Muhammad SAW) the Book (this Qur'ân) in truth that you might judge between men by that which Allâh has shown you (i.e. has taught you through Divine Inspiration), so be not a pleader for the treacherous.
4: 115. And whoever contradicts and opposes the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) after the right path has been shown clearly to him, and follows other than the believers' way. We shall keep him in the path he has chosen, and burn him in Hell - what an evil destination.
4: 174. O mankind! Verily, there has come to you a convincing proof (Prophet Muhammad SAW) from your Lord, and We sent down to you a manifest light (this Qur'ân).
4:175. So, as for those who believed in Allâh and held fast to Him, He will admit them to His Mercy and Grace (i.e. Paradise), and guide them to Himself by a Straight Path.

PEOPLE MAKING SELF LAW/BID’A PROHIBITED/SELF MAKING HARAM/PERSONAL OPINION

28: 50. But if they answer you not (i.e. do not believe in your doctrine of Islâmic Monotheism, nor follow you), then know that they only follow their own lusts. And who is more astray than one who follows his own lusts, without guidance from Allâh? Verily! Allâh guides not the people who are Zâlimûn (wrong-doers, disobedient to Allâh, and polytheists).
38: 26. O Dâwûd (David)! Verily! We have placed you as a successor on earth, so judge you between men in truth (and justice) and follow not your desire for it will mislead you from the Path of Allâh. Verily! Those who wander astray from the Path of Allâh (shall) have a severe torment, because they forgot the Day of Reckoning.
45:18. Then We have put you (O Muhammad SAW) on a plain way of (Our) commandment [like the one which We commanded Our Messengers before you (i.e. legal ways and laws of the Islâmic Monotheism)]. So follow you that (Islâmic Monotheism and its laws), and follow not the desires of those who know not
45: 23. Have you seen him who takes his own lust (vain desires) as his ilâh (god), and Allâh knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart, and put a cover on his sight. Who then will guide him after Allâh? Will you not then remember?
30: 29. Nay, but those who do wrong follow their own lusts without knowledge, Then who will guide him whom Allâh has sent astray? And for such there will be no helpers.
33: 36. It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allâh and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allâh and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in a plain error.
65:1……… And those are the set limits of Allâh. And whosoever transgresses the set limits of Allâh, then indeed he has wronged himself. ………..
Dawud :: Book 39 : Hadith 4515
……..If anyone introduces an innovation, he will be responsible for it. If anyone introduces an innovation or gives shelter to a man who introduces an innovation (in religion), he is cursed by Allah, by His angels, and by all the people.
Bukhari :: Book 6 :: Volume 60 :: Hadith 149
The Prophet then said, "The first of the human beings to be dressed on the Day of Resurrection will be Abraham. Lo! Some men from my followers will be brought and then (the angels) will drive them to the left side (Hell-Fire). I will say. 'O my Lord! (They are) my companions!' Then a reply will come (from Almighty), 'You do not know what they did after you.' I will say as the pious slave (the Prophet Jesus) said: And I was a witness over them while I dwelt amongst them. When You took me up. You were the Watcher over them and You are a Witness to all things.' (5.117) Then it will be said, "These people have continued to be apostates since you left them."

ISLAM DOES NOT LIKE WAR

Bukhari :: Book 4 :: Volume 52 :: Hadith 269, 268
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah:
The Prophet said, "War is deceit."
Bukhari :: Book 4 :: Volume 52 :: Hadith 267
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "Khosrau will be ruined, and there will be no Khosrau after him, and Caesar will surely be ruined and there will be no Caesar after him, and you will spend their treasures in Allah's Cause." He called, "War is deceit'.

PROPHET(SA) TRIED TO STOPS KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE AS MUCH AS HE CAN POSSIBLE:

Muslim :: Book 19 : Hadith 4399
It has been narrated on the authority of Abdullah b. Muti' who heard from his father and said: I heard the Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him) say on the day of the Conquest of Mecca: No Quraishite will be killed hound hand and foot from this day until the Day of judgment.
Muslim :: Book 7 : Hadith 3142
Abu Huraira, (Allah be pleased with him) reported. When Allah, the Exalted and Majestic, granted Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) victory over Mecca, he stood before people and praised and extolled Allah and then said:…………it (this territory) was not violable to anyone before me and it was made violable to me for an hour of a day, and it shall not be violable to anyone after me. So neither molest the game, nor weed out thorns from it. And it is not lawful for anyone to pick up a thing dropped but one who makes public announcement of it. And it a relative of anyone is killed he is entitled to opt for one of two things. Either he should be paid blood-money or he can take life as (a just retribution).
Muslim :: Book 9 : Hadith 3506
God did not send me to be harsh, or cause harm, but He has sent me to teach and make things easy.
Bukhari :: Book 1 :: Volume 3 :: Hadith 122
Narrated Jarir:
The Prophet said to me during Hajjat-al-Wida': Let the people keep quiet and listen. Then he said (addressing the people), "Do not (become infidels) revert to disbelief after me by striking the necks (cutting the throats) of one another (killing each other)."
Muslim :: Book 30 : Hadith 5689
…………..I am not afraid that you would associate anything with Allah after me, but I am afraid that you may be (allured) by the world and (vie) with one another (in possessing material wealth) and begin killing one another, and you would be destroyed as were destroyed those who had gone before you. 'Uqba said that that was the last occasion that he saw Allah's Massenger on the pulpit.
Bukhari :: Book 1 :: Volume 3 :: Hadith 112
Narrated Abu Huraira:
In the year of the Conquest of Mecca, the tribe of Khuza'a killed a man from the tribe of Bani Laith in revenge for a killed person, belonging to them. They informed the Prophet about it. So he rode his Rahila (she-camel for riding) and addressed the people saying, "Allah held back the killing from Mecca. (The sub-narrator is in doubt whether the Prophet said "elephant or killing," as the Arabic words standing for these words have great similarity in shape), but He (Allah) let His Apostle and the believers over power the infidels of Mecca. Beware! (Mecca is a sanctuary) Verily! Fighting in Mecca was not permitted for anyone before me nor will it be permitted for anyone after me.
Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 83 :: Hadith 19
Narrated Abu Huraira:
In the year of the Conquest of Mecca, the tribe of Khuza'a killed a man from the tribe of Bam Laith in revenge for a killed person belonging to them in the Pre-lslamic Period of Ignorance. So Allah's Apostle got up saying, "Allah held back the (army having) elephants from Mecca, but He let His Apostle and the believers overpower the infidels (of Mecca). Beware! (Mecca is a sanctuary)! Verily! Fighting in Mecca was not permitted for anybody before me, nor will it be permitted for anybody after me;
Bukhari :: Book 1 :: Volume 3 :: Hadith 104
………."Allah and not the people has made Mecca a sanctuary. So anybody who has belief in Allah and the Last Day (i.e. a Muslim) should neither shed blood in it nor cut down its trees. If anybody argues that fighting is allowed in Mecca as Allah's Apostle did fight (in Mecca), tell him that Allah gave permission to His Apostle, but He did not give it to you. The Prophet added: Allah allowed me only for a few hours on that day (of the conquest) and today (now) its sanctity is the same (valid) as it was before.

PROHIBIT KILLING WITH UNJUST:

3:21. Verily! Those who disbelieve in the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah and kill the Prophets without right, and kill those men who order just dealings, announce to them a painful torment.
5: 32. Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land - it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. And indeed, there came to them Our Messengers with clear proofs, evidences, and signs, even then after that many of them continued to exceed the limits (e.g. by doing oppression unjustly and exceeding beyond the limits set by Allah by committing the major sins) in the land!.
6: 151. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited you from: Join not anything in worship with Him; be good and dutiful to your parents; kill not your children because of poverty - We provide sustenance for you and for them; come not near to Al-Fawâhish (shameful sins, illegal sexual intercourse, etc.) whether committed openly or secretly, and kill not anyone whom Allâh has forbidden, except for a just cause (according to Islâmic law). This He has commanded you that you may understand.
Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 371
Yazid al-Faqir said: This view of the Khwarij (i. e. those who commit major sins and would be eternally doomed to Hell)
Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 159 ,160
Ubaidullah b. Abu Bakr said: I heard Anas b. Malik saying: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) talked about the major sins, or he was asked about the major sins. Upon this he observed: Associating anyone with Allah, killing of a person, disobedience to parents. He (the Holy Prophet further) said: Should I not inform you about the gravest of the major sins, and (in this connection) observed: False utterance or false testimony. Shu'ba said. It was most probably" false testimony".
17: 33. And do not kill anyone which Allah has forbidden, except for a just cause. And whoever is killed (intentionally with hostility and oppression and not by mistake), We have given his heir the authority [(to demand Qisâs, Law of Equality in punishment or to forgive, or to take Diya (blood money)]. But let him not exceed limits in the matter of taking life (i.e he should not kill except the killer only). Verily, he is helped (by the Islamic law).
25: 68. And those who invoke not any other ilâh (god) along with Allah, nor kill such life as Allah has forbidden, except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse and whoever does this shall receive the punishment.
49: 6. O you who believe! If a rebellious evil person comes to you with news, verify it, lest you harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful to what you have done.
Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 89 :: Hadith 320
Not to join anything in worship along with Allah, (2) Not to steal, (3) Not to commit illegal sexual intercourse, (4) Not to kill your children, (5) Not to accuse an innocent person (to spread such an accusation among people), (6) Not to be disobedient (when ordered) to do good deeds.
Bukhari :: Book 5 :: Volume 58 :: Hadith 233
Narrated 'Ubada bin As Samit:
I was one of the Naqibs who gave the ('Aqaba) Pledge of Allegiance to Allah's Apostle . We gave the pledge of allegiance to him that we would not worship anything other than Allah, would not steal, would not commit illegal sexual intercourse, would not kill a person whose killing Allah has made illegal except rightfully, would not rob each other, and we would not be promised Paradise if we did the above sins, then if we committed one of the above sins, Allah will give His Judgment concerning it.
Muslim :: Book 7 : Hadith 3142
Muslim :: Book 17 : Hadith 4238
Ubida b. as-Samit repnrted: I was one of those headmen who swore allegiance to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) that we will not associate anything with Allah, and will not commit adultery, and will not steal, and will not kill any soul which Allah has forbidden, but with justice nor plunder, nor disobey (Allah and His Apostle), then Paradise (will be the reward) in case we do these (acts) ; and if we commit any outrage(bad, violence) (and that goes unpunished in the world), it is Allah Who would decide about it. Ibn Rumh said: Its judgment lies with Allah.
Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 161
It is reported on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) observed: Avoid the seven noxious things. It was said (by the hearers): What are they, Messenger of Allah? He (the Holy Prophet) replied: Associating anything with Allah, magic, killing of one whom God has declared inviolate without a just cause, consuming the property of an orphan, and consuming of usury(intrest), turning back when the army advances(cowardness), and slandering(lie) chaste women who are believers, but unwary.
Bukhari :: Book 6 :: Volume 60 :: Hadith 134
…………… "I do not know that killing a person is lawful in Islam except in three cases: a married person committing illegal sexual intercourse, >>>one who has murdered somebody unlawfully<<<<, or one who wages war against Allah and His Apostle." …………..
Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 83 :: Hadith 37
"By Allah, Allah's Apostle never killed anyone except in one of the following three situations: (1) >>>>>>A person who killed somebody unjustly, was killed (in Qisas,) <<<<<<<<(2) a married person who committed illegal sexual intercourse and (3) a man who fought against Allah and His Apostle, and deserted Islam and became an apostate."
Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 83 :: Hadith 6
Narrated 'Abdullah:

Muslim :: Book 16 : Hadith 4156
'Abdullah (b. Mas'ud) reported: Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) having said: No person who is killed unjustly, but the share of (this offence of his also) falls upon the first son of Adam, for he was the first to introduce killing.
Dawud :: Book 39 : Hadith 4487
……..I heard the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) say: It is not lawful to kill a man who is a Muslim except for one of the three reasons: Kufr (disbelief) after accepting Islam, fornication after marriage, or wrongfully killing someone, for which he may be killed. ……………………
Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 83 :: Hadith 21
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:
The Prophet said, "The most hated persons to Allah are three: (1) A person who deviates from the right conduct, i.e., an evil doer, in the Haram (sanctuaries of Mecca and Medina); (2) a person who seeks that the traditions of the Pre-lslamic Period of Ignorance, should remain in Islam (3) and a person who seeks to shed somebody's blood without any right."
Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 83 :: Hadith 3
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar:
One of the evil deeds with bad consequence from which there is no escape for the one who is involved in it is to kill someone unlawfully.
Bukhari :: Book 8 :: Volume 78 :: Hadith 667
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr:
The Prophet said, "The biggest sins are: To join others in worship with Allah; to be undutiful to one's parents; to kill somebody unlawfully; and to take an oath Al-Ghamus.
Dawud :: Book 35 : Hadith 4247
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
AbdurRahman ibn Samurah said: I was holding the hand of Ibn Umar on one of the ways of Medina. He suddenly came to a hanging head. He said: Unhappy is the one who killed him. When he proceeded, he said: I do not consider him but unfortunate. I heard the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) say: If anyone goes to a man of my community in order to kill him, he should say in this way, the one who kills will go to Hell and the one who is killed will go to Paradise.

KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE PROHIBITED:

49: 6. O you who believe! If a rebellious evil person comes to you with news, verify it, lest you harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful to what you have done.
17:33. and do not kill anyone which Allah has forbidden, except for a just cause.

Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 93 :: Hadith 611,623
Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 83 :: Hadith 10,12,21

KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE IS A SYMBOL OF IGNORANCE [WEAKENS OF RELIGIOUS KNOWLEDGE]:

Muslim :: Book 34 : Hadith 6458
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: (When) the time would draw close to the Last Hour, knowledge would be snatched away, turmoil would be rampant, miserliness would be put (in the hearts of the people) and therewould be much bloodshed. They said: What is al-harj? Thereupon he said: It is bloodshed.
Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 88 :: Hadith 185
Narrated Abu Musa:
The Prophet said, "Near the establishment of the Hour there will be days during which (religious) knowledge will be taken away (vanish) and general ignorance will spread, and there will be Al-Harj in abundance, and Al-Harj means killing."
Bukhari :: Book 1 :: Volume 3 :: Hadith 85
Narrated Abu Huraira:

4. There will be prevalence of open illegal sexual intercourse.

Muslim :: Book 41 : Hadith 6903
Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 88 :: Hadith 184,187,237
Bukhari :: Book 1 :: Volume 3 :: Hadith 85

DOES NOT SHED UNLAWFUL BLOOD:

Bukhari :: Book 1 :: Volume 3 :: Hadith 104
2:83. And (remember) when We took a covenant from the Children of Israel, (saying): Worship none but Allah (Alone) and be dutiful and good to parents, and to kindred, and to orphans and Al-Masâkîn (the poor), and speak good to people, and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and give Zakât. Then you slid back, except a few of you, while you are backsliders. (Tafsir Al-Qurtubî, Vol. 2, Page 392).
2:84. And (remember) when We took your covenant (saying): Shed not the blood of your people, nor turn out your own people from their dwellings. Then, (this) you ratified and (to this) you bear witness.
2:85. After this, it is you who kill one another and drive out a party of you from their homes, assist (their enemies) against them, in sin and transgression. And if they come to you as captives, you ransom them, although their expulsion was forbidden to you. Then do you believe in a part of the Scripture and reject the rest? Then what is the recompense of those who do so among you, except disgrace in the life of this world, and on the Day of Resurrection they shall be consigned to the most grievous torment. And Allah is not unaware of what you do.
2: 86. Those are they who have bought the life of this world at the price of the Hereafter. Their torment shall not be lightened nor shall they be helped.
5: 28. "If you do stretch your hand against me to kill me, I shall never stretch my hand against you to kill you, for I fear Allah; the Lord of the 'Alamîn (mankind, jinns, and all that exists)."
Muslim :: Book 16 : Hadith 4158
'Abdullah b. (Mas'ud) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The first (thing) that will be decided among people on the Day of Judgment will pertain to bloodshed.
Muslim :: Book 32 : Hadith 6247 ,6248, 6249
Jabir b. Abdullah reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Be on your guard against committing oppression, for oppression is a darkness on the Day of Resurrection, and be on your guard against petty mindedness for petty mindedness destroyed those who were before you, as it incited them to shed blood and make lawful what was unlawful for them.

PROHIBIT KILLING NON MUSLIM WITH PEACE AGREEMENT:

8: 72. Verily, those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard and fought with their property and their lives in the Cause of Allah as well as those who gave (them) asylum and help, - these are (all) allies to one another. And as to those who believed but did not emigrate (to you O Muhammad SAW), you owe no duty of protection to them until they emigrate, but if they seek your help in religion, it is your duty to help them except against a people with whom you have a treaty of mutual alliance, and Allah is the All-Seer of what you do.
9: 4. Except those of the Mushrikûn with whom you have a treaty, and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor have supported anyone against you. So fulfill their treaty to them to the end of their term. Surely Allah loves Al- Mattaqûn
4: 90. Except those who join a group, between you and whom there is a treaty (of peace), or those who approach you with their breasts restraining from fighting you as well as fighting their own people. Had Allah willed, indeed He would have given them power over you, and they would have fought you. So if they withdraw from you, and fight not against you, and offer you peace, then Allah has opened no way for you against them.
91. You will find others that wish to have security from you and security from their people. Every time they are sent back to temptation, they yield thereto. If they withdraw not from you, nor offer you peace, nor restrain their hands, take (hold) of them and kill them wherever you find them. In their case, We have provided you with a clear warrant against them.
Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 83 :: Hadith 49
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr:
The Prophet said, "Whoever killed a Mu'ahid (a person who is granted the pledge of protection by the Muslims) shall not smell the fragrance of Paradise though its fragrance can be smelt at a distance of forty years (of traveling)."

Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2639
Narrated Jarir ibn Abdullah:
The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) sent an expedition to Khath'am. Some people sought protection by having recourse to prostration, and were hastily killed. When the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) heard that, he ordered half the blood-wit to be paid for them, saying: I am not responsible for any Muslim who stays among polytheists. They asked: Why, Apostle of Allah? He said: Their fires should not be visible to one another.
Malik :: Book 43 : Hadith 43.15.8
Malik :: Book 44 : Hadith 44.2.2

He said that one of the men fighting had said, 'The wife of ibn Abi Huqayq began screaming and I repeatedly raised my sword against her. Then I would remember the prohibition of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, so I would stop. Had it not been for that, we would have been rid of her.' "
Muslim :: Book 19 : Hadith 4456

KEEP GOOD RELATION WITH NON MUSLIM

5:2……… And do not let the hatred of a
people for having obstructed you from al-Masjid al-haram lead
you to transgress. And cooperate in righteousness and piety,
but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.

107: 4. So woe unto those performers of Salât (prayers) (hypocrites),
5. Who delay their Salât (prayer) from their stated fixed times,
6. Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men),
7. And refuse Al-Mâ'ûn (small kindnesses e.g. salt, sugar, water, etc.).
3: 119. Lo! You[muslim] are the ones who love them[non muslim but they love you not, and you believe in all the Scriptures [i.e. you believe in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel), while they disbelieve in your Book……………

JIHAD DECLARE ONLY THE PEOPLE WHO BROKEN THE AGREEMENT/MISCHIEF LAND/TERRORISM/INJUSTICE

22:39. Permission to fight is given to those (i.e. believers against disbelievers), who are fighting them, (and) because they (believers) have been wronged, and surely, Allâh is Able to give them (believers) victory
8: 56. They are those with whom you made a covenant, but they break their covenant every time and they do not fear Allâh.
57. So if you gain the mastery over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson.
58. If you (O Muhammad SAW) fear treachery from any people throw back (their covenant) to them (so as to be) on equal terms (that there will be no more covenant between you and them). Certainly Allâh likes not the treacherous.
59. And let not those who disbelieve think that they can outstrip (escape from the punishment). Verily, they will never be able to save themselves (from Allâh's Punishment).
60: 9. It is only as regards those who fought against you on account of religion, and have driven you out of your homes, and helped to drive you out, that Allah forbids you to befriend them. And whosoever will befriend them, then such are the Zâlimûn (wrong-doers those who disobey Allah).
42: 42. The way (of blame) is only against those who oppress men and wrongly rebel in the earth, for such there will be a painful torment.
9: 12. But if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and attack your religion with disapproval and criticism then fight (you) the leaders of disbelief (chiefs of Quraish - pagans of Makah) - for surely their oaths are nothing to them - so that they may stop (evil actions).
9:13. Will you not fight a people who have violated their oaths (pagans of Makah) and intended to expel the Messenger, while they did attack you first? Do you fear them? Allah has more right that you should fear Him, if you are believers.
4: 75. And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the Cause of Allah, and for those weak, ill-treated and oppressed among men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors; and rise for us from You one who will protect, and rise for us from You one who will help."
5: 33. The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.
42: 39. And those who, when tyranny strikes them, they defend
themselves.[ avenge themselves in a just manner, restoring their rights and not
3: 111. They will do you no harm, barring a trifling annoyance; and if they fight against you, they will show you their backs, and they will not be helped.
112. Indignity is put over them wherever they may be, except when under a covenant (of protection) from Allâh, and from men; they have drawn on themselves the Wrath of Allâh, and destruction is put over them. This is because they disbelieved in the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allâh and killed the Prophets without right. This is because they disobeyed (Allâh) and used to transgress beyond bounds (in Allâh's disobedience, crimes and sins).
Dawud :: Book 38 : Hadith 4357
……"The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Apostle and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is execution or crucifixion."
Bukhari :: Book 7 :: Volume 63 :: Hadith 210

The pagans were of two kinds as regards their relationship to the Prophet and the Believers. Some of them were those with whom the Prophet was at war and used to fight against, and they used to fight him; the others were those with whom the Prophet made a treaty, and neither did the Prophet fight them, nor did they fight him…….
Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 176
…………Sa'd said: By Allah, I would never kill any Muslim so long as a person with a heavy belly, i. e., Usama, would not kill. Upon this a person remarked: Did Allah not say this: And fight them until there is no more mischief and religion is wholly for Allah? Sa'd said: We fought so that there should be no mischief, but you and your companions wish to fight so that there should be mischief.
Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 30

So neither molest the game, nor weed out thorns from it. And it is not lawful for anyone to pick up a thing dropped but one who makes public announcement of it. 7. How can there be a covenant with Allah and with His Messenger for the Mushrikûn (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) except those with whom you made a covenant near Al-Masjid-al-Harâm (at Makah)? The believers considered him to be just, according to the saying of the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him): Allah has placed truth upon Umar's tongue and heart. Forbade mutilation [cutting body parts]
Muslim :: Book 19 : Hadith 4294
Fight in the name of Allah and in the way of Allah. Fight against those who disbelieve in Allah. Make a holy war, do not embezzle the spoils; do not break your pledge; and do not mutilate (the dead) bodies; do not kill the children. When you meet your enemies who are polytheists, invite them to three courses of action………
Bukhari :: Book 3 :: Volume 43 :: Hadith 654
Do not mutile dead bodies:
Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2661
The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) used to exhort us to give alms (sadaqah) and forbid us to mutilate (a slain). I then came to Imran ibn Husayn and asked him. He said: The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) used to exhort us to give alms (sadaqah) and forbid us to mutilate (a slain).
Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2667
Narrated Hamzah al-Aslami:
The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) appointed him commander over a detachment. He said: I went out along with it. He (the Prophet) said: If you find so-and-so, burn him with the fire. I then turned away, and he called me. So I returned to him, and he said: If you find so-and-so, kill him, and do not burn him, for no one punishes with fire except the Lord of the fire.
Muslim :: Book 31 : Hadith 6176
Muslim :: Book 19 : Hadith 4292,4294
Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2660,2661
Do not steal from the booty, and do not act treacherously. Do not mutilate and do not kill children.
Muslim :: Book 19 : Hadith 4294
Fight in the name of Allah and in the way of Allah. Fight against those who disbelieve in Allah. Make a holy war, do not embezzle the spoils; do not break your pledge; and do not mutilate (the dead) bodies; do not kill the children.

Dawud :: Book 41 : Hadith 4939
Narrated Umar ibn al-Khattab:
Masruq said: I met Umar ibn al-Khattab (Allah be pleased with him) who said: Who are you? I replied: Masruq ibn al-Ajda'. Umar then said: I heard the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) say: al-Ajda' (mutilated) is a devil.
Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 84 :: Hadith 57
Bukhari :: Book 4 :: Volume 52 :: Hadith 259
Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2667
No fight with surrendered warrior:
Bukhari :: Book 5 :: Volume 59 :: Hadith 354
Narrated 'Ubaidullah bin 'Adi bin Al-Khiyar:
That Al-Miqdad bin 'Amr Al-Kindi, who was an ally of Bani Zuhra and one of those who fought the battle of Badr together with Allah's Apostle told him that he said to Allah's Apostle, "Suppose I met one of the infidels and we fought, and he struck one of my hands with his sword and cut it off and then took refuge in a tree and said, "I surrender to Allah (i.e. I have become a Muslim),' could I kill him, O Allah's Apostle, after he had said this?" Allah's Apostle said, "You should not kill him." Al-Miqdad said, "O Allah's Apostle! But he had cut off one of my two hands, and then he had uttered those words?" Allah's Apostle replied, "You should not kill him, for if you kill him, he would be in your position where you had been before killing him, and you would be in his position where he had been before uttering those words."
Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2639

Bukhari :: Book 2 :: Volume 23 :: Hadith 445
Narrated Thabit bin Ad-Dahhak:
The Prophet (p.b.u.h) said, "Whoever intentionally swears falsely by a religion other than Islam, then he is what he has said, (e.g. if he says, 'If such thing is not true then I am a Jew,' he is really a Jew). And whoever commits suicide with piece of iron will be punished with the same piece of iron in the Hell Fire." Narrated Jundab the Prophet said, "A man was inflicted with wounds and he committed suicide, and so Allah said: My slave has caused death on himself hurriedly, so I forbid Paradise for him."

Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 206
Muslim :: Book 19 : Hadith 4361
Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2509,2510,2513
4:94. O you who believe! When you go (to fight) in the Cause of Allâh, verify (the truth), and say not to anyone who greets you (by embracing Islâm): "You are not a believer"; seeking the perishable goods of the worldly life. There are much more profits and booties with Allâh. Even as he is now, so were you yourselves before till Allâh conferred on you His Favors (i.e. guided you to Islâm), therefore, be cautious in discrimination. Allâh is Ever Well Aware of what you do.
33:19. Being miserly towards you (as regards help and aid in Allâh's Cause). Then when fear comes, you will see them looking to you, their eyes revolving like (those of) one over whom hovers death, but when the fear departs, they will smite you with sharp tongues, miserly towards (spending anything in any) good (and only covetous of booty and wealth). Such have not believed. Therefore Allâh makes their deeds fruitless, and that is ever easy for Allâh.
48: 15. Those who lagged behind will say, when you set forth to take the spoils, "Allow us to follow you," They want to change Allâh's Words. Say: "You shall not follow us; thus Allâh has said beforehand." Then they will say: "Nay, you envy us." Nay, but they understand not except a little.
3:14. Beautified for men is the love of things they covet; women, children, much of gold and silver (wealth), branded beautiful horses, cattle and well-tilled land. This is the pleasure of the present world's life; but Allâh has the excellent return (Paradise with flowing rivers, etc.) with Him
18: 46. Wealth and children are the adornment of the life of this world. But the good righteous deeds (five compulsory prayers, deeds of Allâh's obedience, good and nice talk, remembrance of Allâh with glorification, praises and thanks, etc.), that last, are better with your Lord for rewards and better in respect of hope.

You know , while I don't claim they are perfect or saints - except Boku Haram , they are clearly far from Islam - I still say they are a thousand times better than any western system . Why on Earth are we on the defense ? Did you forget what the Serbs did in Bosnia raping women , actual children , and elderly grandmas ?! Did you forget the colonization done by Europe ? Did you forget the fresh blood crimes of the US in Iraq and Afghanistan ? Did you already forget the Muslims of Burma and China ? Why should we be on the defense when talking to mass murderers ?! As for the state of Iraq and Sham , to be more fair , hear from both sides , because there are also testimonies in their favor . And as I said , they may not be perfect , but they are clearly better compared to any western system and some eastern systems too .

As'salamu Alaikum dear brother "Black Muslim",

Thank you for the video akhi.  It is very interesting.  I will add it to the ISIS section as "ISIS' response to the propaganda against them".  However, we still have the following problems:

1-  ISIS killing of those whom they capture after fighting.  I saw insane footage on TV of them shooting men in the head and dumping them into the river.

2-  Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi is Jewish Simon Elliot.

3-  The school that ISIS belongs to declares Muslims like me as infidels or apostates for believing that only the Hadiths that agree with the Glorious Quran are closest to the Truth, since the Quran is AL-MUHAYMIN (the dominant authority over all books).

Can you honestly with a straight face deny these points?

Take care,
Osama Abdallah

this is a simple practice of coup d'etat except that its not led by officers within existing govt. Self appoint as ruler supported by own created army claiming to be new ruler toppling existing govt.

When one appoint self as ruler, he needs to show justice in administering nation, having allegiance from majority of districts under his ruling so citizens can easily accept him.
Such is not the case with ISIS.

1) I haven't seen for myself so I ask : Is it true ? If true , is it something they all agreed on or is it the act of individual soldiers ? Because there are cases of certain soldiers recieving punishment for acts they did . Heck , one of their officers was executed for terrorizing people and robbing them of their belongings thus becoming what Quran describes

5:33 Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment,

Also , is it in a full context ? Because you might think they're being cruel to someone yet you don't know what that person did . Shall I remind everyone how the brainwashed object on executing the Jews of Quraiza completely forgetting that they betrayed Muslims and aided their enemies against them ?

2) You know , it's funny . The shia say that the state is made by the "Wahabists" - which isn't a sect to begin with - , the Saudis say it's made by Iran , some say it's made by the US , some say it's made by the Jews , some say it's made by Asad - who doesn't match his name in a single thing - and some even say it's made by Al-Malki . How can they be made by all of those who wage war against them ? Need I remind you all of this sign of Quran ? :

49:6 O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, lest you harm a people out of ignorance and become, over what you have done, regretful.

So while I don't claim they're completely right , I am definitely not going to stand on the side of complete devils against them ! And I'm not going to believe all and any thing said against them by their enemies especially since a load of sickening lies were made and got exposed . Example ? The hate against them reached to the degree that they claim the state covers the udders of cattls so men are not aroused ! Who with a shred of logic believes such a thing on the fly without investigating ?!

3) Let me be honest Osama , I disagree with you and some members here in major things . It isn't like the differences of "Fiqh" between scholars where no one accuses the other of anything . These are fundamental things . For instance , you don't mind someone being insulting Allah , his religion , his prophets , or the companions . Heck , you did it yourself . Had someone said a filthy word about your mother , you would never say "He called my mother [bleep]" , that would be beyond stupid . So how come it's OK with the lord of your mother and all the creation ? As for the matter of rejecting Hadith because it "doesn't match Quran" , many have said that to the degree that they claimed Jews and Christians are right to stay on their religion - AFTER the message of Islam reaches them - , Christ peace upon him won't return , Yajuj and Majuj are volcanos , and so many other ridiculous and asinine statements . They always use the lame excuse of "Scholars are not perfect" as if THEY are when they discovered something the entire nation was ignorant of all these centuries . Had they asked about what they didn't understand , it would have been better , but it's mostly arrogance as the lord said :

10:39 Rather, they have denied that which they encompass not in knowledge and whose interpretation has not yet come to them. Thus did those before them deny. Then observe how was the end of the wrongdoers.

Many claim they only accept narrations that agree with Quran . Had they stopped and asked themselves "Maybe I'm misunderstanding something" they would have saved us a load of commotion . Hilariously , they object on the very same method Quran reached us .

Show me where I allowed for Allah Almighty or Prophet Muhammad or the Glorious Quran or for Islam to be insulted here.

As for the Hadiths, I don't believe for instance that Prophet Moses punched the Angel of Death in the face to delay his death, nor do I believe that Prophet Muhammad was bewitched by magic, nor do I believe that Aisha used to suckle adult men just to be alone with them.  And I don't believe in the lie of "Aunt of the Believers" that your cult has invented, which they also give to Muawiyah, "Uncle of the Believers".

The reader can visit: www.answering-christianity.com/warning.htm

As to the examples that you gave, I don't know about Gog and Magog being volcanoes, for I never heard it before, but as for the rest, it is quite possible that Allah Almighty might decide for them to not happen, since they're not a Divine Promise in the Glorious Quran.  So it is possible for Allah Almighty to not send Jesus Christ back to earth, and to let him die a natural death outside earth.  If it's not a Divine Promise in the Quran, then there is room for it to be nullified.  However, since they don't DISGREE with or CLASH WITH the Glorious Quran, then there is no reason to reject them from the Hadiths.  The hadiths that clash with the Glorious Quran and Its Morality, as the ones I gave above, are to be thrown out in the garbage along with your cult.

I am one Muslim that firmly believes that there will never be peace with your cult and its offshoots.  ISIS is another rotten offshoot from your rotten cult.  I know that the likes of you would declare the likes of me as apostates once you gain power.  So you guys are nothing but snakes uttering lies to other Muslims and non-Muslims, and waiting to strike at the right time and go all out in a rabid way against all.  This stupid ummah deserves the backwardness that its in, because it allows itself to be ruled by rotten cults and heretics like your cult and the shias and the sufies, and the seculars and others.

Indeed, this ummah deserves these rotten fruits.  I am a Muslim who is in the Middle, as Allah Almighty Commanded me:

[002:143]  Thus We appointed you a midmost nation امة وسطا that you might be witnesses to the people, and that the Messenger might be a witness to you; and We did not appoint the direction thou wast facing, except that We might know who followed the Messenger from him who turned on his heels -- though it were a grave thing save for those whom God has guided; but God would never leave your faith to waste - truly, God is All-gentle with the people, All-compassionate.

We are Commanded by Allah Almighty to neither be in the left with the seculars, nor in the right with the idols worshipers of humans and old traditions.  We are Commanded to be right in the Middle of all.

Take care,
Osama Abdallah

You've done it again . Then don't expect us to shove these aside as mild differences in opinions . It is a matter of  fundamental doctrine .

Quote
Show me where I allowed for Allah Almighty or Prophet Muhammad or the Glorious Quran or for Islam to be insulted here.

I said you did it yourself . "Is Jinn=Bacteria ?" , reply 21 . It is mine . Look it over again and see why I was agitated . I do know that you care what people think more than what you care about Islam itself .

4:140 And it has already come down to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah [recited], they are denied [by them] and ridiculed; so do not sit with them until they enter into another conversation. Indeed, you would then be like them. Indeed Allah will gather the hypocrites and disbelievers in Hell all together -

Then , I talked about the topic numerous times and am not willing to go over it again . What I saw is that you deny them because either you can't comprehend them , or because you don't like them . And no matter how much I suggest you ask and learn - both of you - , arrogance seems to make you think you are superior to everyone and above learning . You seriously don't have the slightest amount of knowledge of what you despise so much . I might only hold fragments of the basics , but you don't see me acting like I'm above all else . You love to take signs out of context and use them where they don't apply to claim "Hadith contradicts Quran" , yet you always prove you don't read the book you claim to follow :

4:115 And whoever opposes the Messenger after guidance has become clear to him and follows other than the way of the believers - We will give him what he has taken and drive him into Hell, and evil it is as a destination.

22:8 And of the people is he who disputes about Allah without knowledge or guidance or an enlightening book [from Him],

10:39 Rather, they have denied that which they encompass not in knowledge and whose interpretation has not yet come to them. Thus did those before them deny. Then observe how was the end of the wrongdoers.

Quote
as the ones I gave above, ...................

You're quite paradoxial . You talk about tolerance and call me "brother" in a reply , and in the same reply you bash at the way of the survivng group , Ahl Assunah Waljama'a in such a bawdy manner .

Ibn Majah :
It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
‘The Children of Israel split into seventy-one sects, and my nation will split into seventy-two, all of which will be in Hell apart from one, which is the main body.”

Among the reasons I'm not around . I thought things would be better if I return , but it only got worse . You should take some classes in anger management . Because if this one post I made got you this agitated more than you would ever be had it been Islam that is being insulted , then you'll probably get a heart attack if we continue .

I testify to the lord that I am innocent of what you preach and what you describe . I'm already used to all slanders against me and Islam . Yet we endure , for we hope to be of the strangers .

Ibn Majah , Tirmithi , Muslim :
“Islam began as something strange and will go back to being strange, so glad tidings to the strangers.’”

109:6  For you is your religion, and for me is my religion."

I do know that you care what people think more than what you care about Islam itself .

As'salamu Alaikum everyone,

Here is the link that this guy is talking about:

http://www.answering-christianity.com/blog//index.php?topic=1570.msg6144#msg6144

Black Muslim, obviously lying is a creed to you.  It is nothing strange to see obnoxious and lying people from your rotten cult.  Seriously, I've run into several of them before.  You're just another salafi member from them.  I've given the link.  I'd like you to quote me where I insulted Islam, or where I cared more about what people think than Islam.

I seriously believe that your cult is a cult of thugs.  You are the worst enemies to Muslims.  You're just as filthy and dirty and obnoxious as the shias and others.  The minute you gain power, you turn into rabid dogs and start killing Muslims.  You'd even turn on each others (on your own members) for administrative positions.  We've seen this struggle of power from your own rotten salafi groups in Syria and Iraq.  Salafies on salafies struggle and killings.  You have no morals, and you carry a great deal of hate towards others.  Your cult is nothing but garbage that needs to be thrown in the dumpster.  This Muslim ummah must wake up to the cults that are corrupting it out there if it really wishes to become one True Ummah.  Otherwise and as always, the cults out there will turn the Muslim unity into a blood bath.

The Freedom Fighters almost had Bashar:

The Syrian Freedom Fighters were on the gates of Damascus and almost had that shia infidel, Bashar, and his thugs.  This is despite the ENTIRE WORLD conspiring against them, and depriving them from weapons supplies, and even criminalizing those who fought for them.  It was your Israeli-funded salafi cult of gangs and thugs that came to them from behind and invaded their liberated lands, and divided their ranks, and weakened them, and threw them on the defensive, and took away their years of hard work fruits.

I am telling all Muslims here:  You need to rid yourselves from those salafi and shia thugs!  They are not the solution for this Ummah, nor do they have the Truth.  They are no more than despicable thugs funded by the CIA and the Mossad to harm the True Muslims who pose the real threat to the zionist machine.  These thugs pose no threat to Israel.  They are Israel's toilet papers.  It uses them whenever it wants and discards them whenever its done with them.

ISIS is now executing Israel's dream of conquering the lands from the Nile river to the Euphrates river.  It's called the "Great Israel" lands, and they're using their toilet papers from the salafies to execute this plan very well by dividing up the entire Middle East and turning it into a burnt out chaotic lands ready to be taken over.  And of course, in order to do this, they must first wipe out all of the True Muslim Freedom Fighters who pose the real threat to the zionist machine.  This is where ISIS comes in to do the job for the zionists.  This is why they are no more than Israel's toilet papers.
