As some of you are aware of the
previous bugs that this board had, and how I was finally able to figure out how to fix them, well I am not sure if you guys noticed, but my blog today went down. Just a few months ago,
I paid for $100.00 for the "Technical Experts" from my web hosting company to bring it back up. I didn't mind it much since the last time before that was a year ago. But now that it occured only a couple of months after, I got worried! So, being Mr. Computer Science myself, who build
www.QuranSearch.com, and a few other online search applications on the website, I took matters into my own hands! After googling this and looking into the source codes, I was able to figure out how to bring the blog back up
for FREE. All Praise and Thanks and Glory are due to Allah Almighty Alone.
So Alhamdulillah, I don't need to spend $500.00 or so on purchasing a new blog and migrating this one to it (and I don't even know how reliable that one would be). I seriously thought about this since this blog was getting on my last nerve. But alhamdulillah now, I am able to figure it out on my own
. So we're good. Other than the bugs that this blog had, I actually love it! Not only it is free, but it also has some really nice and advanced features in it. Plus, it took me forever to learn it
and customize it the way I want
. So I have much biase towards it now.
