Parallel passages of the Qur'anic text

I am new here and so still getting to know the things around. So for my first piece, I would present a link instead of pasting it here.

There are a number of passages of the Qur’an where the quoted words appear to be different when they are repeated in another passage. How does a Muslim respond to this?
