Age of the universe
« on: May 22, 2020, 12:52:33 AM »
Assalamualaikum, the age of the universe is 13.7 billion years old and earth is 4.54 billion years old. In the Quran in 41:9 it says the earth is created in two days and the universe in six days, 10:3. 4.54 billion is 1/3 of 13.7 billion and 2 is 1/3 of 6. Do you see the miracle? God is saying the age of the earth is 1/3 the age of the universe. In God's Throne, time passes slower because according to the theory of relativity, objects with a humongous mass have one passing slower there. Obviously, the Throne is the heaviest thing in the universe, so time passes slow there. This shows that 2 days in the Throne is 4.54 billion years on earth and 13.7 billion years on earth is 6 days on the throne. 2 is 1/3 of 6 and 4.54 billion years is 1/3 of 13.7 billion. The age of earth is 1/3 of the age of the universe. This is the miracle.

Wa Alaikum As'salam,

Jazaka Allah Khayr for this discovery, akhi.  We can't, however, give an exact number on how many days is a Day at the Throne of Allah Almighty.  Time in the Glorious Quran is relative.  A day's length is determined by Allah Almighty:

[032:005]  He rules (all) affairs from the heavens to the earth: in the end will (all affairs) go up to Him, on a Day, the space whereof will be (as) a thousand years of your reckoning.

[070:004]  The angels and the spirit ascend unto him in a Day the measure whereof is (as) fifty thousand years:

Here we have a Day being 1,000 years, and another Day being 50,000 years of what we measure.  So a Day at the Throne of Allah Almighty is different.  Our mathematics, physics, space and time and realm can not encompass this Divine Science of Time Relatively.  All Praise and Glory and Thanks and Worship are due to Allah Almighty alone, and none else.

I will insha'Allah add your piece and my reply in the next update.

Take care,
Osama Abdallah
