she was found at battlefield fighting against Muslims. how can we release her without punishment? as she has left her  family behind and came at battlefield, it proves that she don't care about going back home and ready to die. If, unfortunately, she was killed at the battlefield in the hands of Muslims, she wouldn't return home and when she becomes a slave, she wouldn't return too.here -there what's the difference??
we could send her in jail to teach her homosexuality https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prison_sexuality
we could send her jail to be raped by fasiq https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prison_rape
but we made her our family member so that she can learn Islam and forget hatreds. as she is a slave, her lord has right over him.
sheikh salih al munajjid says, agreement between wife&husband is marriage, and agreement between female slave and lord is marriage and more than that.
we made her our family member and it's proof is-hijab is unnecessary before other members of family and general touching is legal among family members. this two rules are valid in case of slave because she is a member now.
if we put her in jail, she would continue to hate us and continue to plan against us.
if she had a family, her relatives would buy her from Muslims.but nobody requested to buy her, why?
they say, Muslims are oppressing women by making them slaves, then what good they did to AFIYA SIDDIQUE  by sending her jail?
was she captured at battlefield?
was it because she is Muslim?, or neuro-scientist?
what was zaynab binte gajjaly's fault??was she captured at battlefield? or because she was a alim?
this world is rotten, man.
