Mystery Babylon

Assalamualaikum,

Have you guys ever heard of "Mystery Babylon"? I was claimed by christians in the past that it was the Vatican, NOWADAYS many Christians have brought up proofs that it is infact Mecca by using some pretty detailed biblical descriptions and i saw a 59 mins video on youtube about it...i've also read articles which talks about this subject which shows that Mystery Babylon should infact be in a desert according to the Bible and there's also lots of descriptions which according to them are "irrefutable" proofs that it is infact Mecca and we(muslims) are infact the "bad guys" to keep it short....can you guys please tell me what are your thoughts about that? I have also seen some christians using this argument at some places during debates on the internet, can someone who please tell me how to respond to their claims concerning this subject?

Hmmmmmmmm....so the "Virgin Daughter of Babylon" was infact pagan Arabia and i do get your point.I wonder where the Mystery Babylon aka The Great harlot is....i'm really worried about their arguments concerning Mystery Babylon and Mecca to be honest because many muslims may fall prey to it...Ok let us ASSUME that Mecca is indeed Mystery Babylon then it should have been filled with lots of sexual immoralities,idolatry,polytheism,ungodly activities an so on right? So where do we find all these in Mecca nowadays? I guess you already have the answer...BUT before the coming of Islam, Mecca was kinda like a much more extreme version Las Vegas right? It was pretty much a sinful society full of idolatry,polytheism,barbaric crimes such as killing daughters,lots of immoralities and the list goes on....so judging  from their arguments, it means that the "Mystery Babylon" has already been destroyed with the coming of Islam right?

As'salamu Alaikum dear brothers,

Mystery Babylon, which will rule the entire world, will be defeated by the return of Prophet Isa, peace be upon him.  That's "Jesus".  The Glorious Quran supports this by declaring that the Jews will reach "Mighty Heights" on earth in evil and blasphemies.  The doomed-to-Hell infidels can talk all of the nonsense about Islam and Mecca, but it is quite clear that the sins come from them, not from us.

LOL.  Dear brother, even the Jews' Bible, in the book of Daniel, says that the anti-Christ will establish his settlement from Jerusalem to the Mediterranean sea.  It even excludes Gaza and the West Bank of the Palestinians:

Daniel 11:45: "(the evil one) will establish his settlement between Mount Zion (Jerusalem) and the Mediterranean sea.  Then he will be destroyed, and no one will be able to save him."
