Assalam alikum is there any verses where it says the jinns have a NAF like humans or not

Firstly, i wonder by the word u used, wether u mean Nufs. If not plz do not use such an inappropriate word on this site. I had to look up what u mean't to make sure that wether u made a simple mistake or not. What i learned however is that word u used between jinn and soul, is very inappropriate. But, if u meant nufs i hope the verses from quran i cited below can help u.

“I did not create the Jinn and mankind except to worship Me.” (Quran 51:56)
“Say (O’ Muhammed): It has been revealed to me that a group of Jinn listened and said; ‘Indeed we have heard a marvelous Quran.  It guides unto righteousness so we have believed in it, and we will never make partners with our lord’.”(Quran 72:1-2)

“They (the Jinn) would pass the information back down until it reaches the lips of a magician or forrtune-teller Sometimes a meteor would overtake them before they could pass it on.  If they passed it on before being struck, they would add to it a hundred lies” (Saheeh Al-Bukhari)

If u actually meant nufs, u can clearly see that they do have it.

Since Jinn are like Insan(humans), since both are on trial. They both do carry a soul. When it comes to spiritually both men and jinn are on trial and will have equal judgement.

"Except whom your Lord has given mercy, and for that He created them. But the word of your Lord is to be fulfilled that, "I will surely fill Hell with jinn and men all together". (The Quran, 11:119)

Asalam ul layk brother osama. Ya i felt that word was incorrect so i just decided to google it, it doesn't have an arabic translation. So the only word that existed was the slang british word. But to give him benefit of the dought i decided to answer the question regarding jinn soul anyway, allah swt knows best. Anyone can say salam. I even have people of other religions said to me asalamullaykum. But it isn't the samething as shahada. So whatever. Allah swt knows best of what his intentions were.
