Is this really True
« on: October 20, 2016, 06:19:23 PM »
There's a Hadith that says "لا يقتل المؤمن بالكافر"
The believer doesn't get killed for a Non believer
many Muslims and many Islamic websites also say that
Does that mean if a Muslim kill an Innocent Non Muslim
he doesn't get a Death sentence and gets a different Punishment?
Isn't that Muslim Supremacy?
Does that Mean Muslim lives are worth more than Non Muslim Lives?
I really would appreciate your help about this Topic Mr.Osama
Because this is Confusing me
Thank you.

for unlawful and intentional kill by a Muslim,  his sin will cause him not able to enter heaven.

Quote
'Abdullah Ibn 'Umar (RAA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever kills a Mu'ahid will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance could be smelt at a distance of forty years.” Related by Al-Bukhari.

’Abdur Rahman bin Al-Bailamani narrated that The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) killed a Muslim who killed a Mu'ahid who had made a covenant with the Muslims, and said, “I am closest to the ones who keep their covenants of protection.” Related by 'Abdur Razzaq.
