For a Christian, its normal for them to think that term sujud to a human means worship as they believe in Helenized concept of  daily 'sujud' to  human-God.

When Allah instruct angels to prostrate it was a one time bow down to show the creation of man out of clay is above the creation of angels and jins. Hence it is not a worship.
