virgin birth is something that defy the order of life hence why much older civilization view it as divine or godly source impregnating a woman on earth to produce divine god on earth.
It is also part of promise of Satan to lead mankind astray hence intriguing the mind of human to think so about it.

~~
for e.g Imagine if the Creator send a Prophet with miracles that defy the order of commoners such as creating planets, stars and galaxies but the Prophet kept on reminding he is just a messenger sent by the Creator  to show His Mightiness and thus mankind shall accept His covenant and follow His sets of rules.
A generation later, there bound to be few that succumbs to whisper of Satan and accept the Prophet with miracle of creating planets and galaxies as divine.
