is this command of Jesus, to kill those who would not be ruled by him?

"But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay [them] before me."-Luke 19:27

human god Jesus is explaining to his followers about when he will becoming a ruler in action for the kingdom of god by relating to a similar story about a king.  The story basically says the king instructed his servants to do work and wait until his time to return

The killing in 19:27 is referring to the period where the king will have full authority and , that will be during the time of his 2nd coming. This ruling period is defined as iron rod ruling. During this period Roman Christians believe they will be ruling the whole world and human god Jesus will be their king in Israel.

Those whom the human god cant save due to them being stubborn not accepting that god impregnate a woman, so that god can be incarnated in human form to perform divine suicidal act for the sake of clearing the sins of mankind ; they will be sent to hell imprisoned with Satan.
The enemies from all over earth that  oppose the words of human god will be slain and thrown to hell grouped with Satan or becomes army of Satan.  This is how the Greek books foresee the 2nd coming.
