Daniel 9:24-27

Brother salam,
last day one of my friend who is christian show me those verse (Daniel 9:24-27) and said look bible prophesied about jesus death then how can u muslim say jesus was not crucified, after that i read those verses and and search for answer but still cant find any suitable answer would you please help me to answer their question.

can be seen here verse 25 "From the time the word goes out to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until the Anointed One, the ruler, comes, there will be seven ‘sevens,’ and sixty-two ‘sevens. It will be rebuilt with streets and a trench, but in times of trouble"

After period of 69 'seven years'.  the anointed ruler will have to teach covenant for 1 'seven years' .

As can be seen here verse 26" After the sixty-two ‘sevens,’ the Anointed One will be put to death and will have nothing.The people of the ruler who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end will come like a flood: War will continue until the end, and desolations have been decreed. 27 He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.

So we dont see any mentioning about after death, that the anointed shall wake up 3 days later and give teachings for another 7 years before ascending to heaven.
Nor we see anything mentioned about anointed having equal status to God.
**Christians believe after resurrection the annotated was only 40 days on earth by the way.

some jews believe about two annointed rulers and not one annointed being mentioned in Daniel 9.

As can be seen here verse 26" Then, after the sixty-two septets , the anointed one will be cut off and will exist no longer; the people of the prince will come and will destroy the city and the Sanctuary; but his end will be (to be swept away as) in a flood. Then, until the end of the war, desolation is decreed.27 He will also forge a strong covenant with the great ones, for one septet, but for half of that septet he will abolish sacrifice and meal offerings and the mute abominations will be upon soaring heights, until extermination as decreed will pour down upon the mute (abomination)..

the translation from  annointed one will be cut off;for some jews refer to Agrippa, the last Jewish King.

ALSO, in Daniel 9:21-23 we can see Gabriel/Holy Spirit transmitting words of God to Daniel, to understand what is being ordained/decreed by God.

As'salamu Alaikum dear brothers,

Let us examine the verses in question in details:

24 God has decided that for seventy weeks,[a] your people and your holy city must suffer as the price of their sins. Then evil will disappear, and justice will rule forever (indeed, the evil zionist Israel that is the capital and center of all evil on earth, including 9/11, must be destroyed forever inorder for peace and righteousness in Palestine to be restored); the visions and words of the prophets will come true, and a most holy place will be dedicated.[b ]

25 You need to realize that from the command to rebuild Jerusalem until the coming of the Chosen Leader (I believe this is Jesus Christ, peace be upon him),[c] it will be seven weeks and another sixty-two weeks.[d] Streets will be built in Jerusalem, and a trench will be dug around the city for protection, but these will be difficult times.[e]

We further read in Daniel:

To prove that my commentary above is accurate, we further read in Daniel that the anti-Christ system will camp between Mount Zion and the Mediterranean sea.  This is precisely the evil state of Israel today.  In fact, it doesn't even include West Bank, Palestine:

but you can tell him that hebrew root karath/cut off doesnt necessarily means kill. It can some times refer to cutting ties from being part of Children of Israel.

so if we look at the verse again , the anointed one will be cut off from Israel and will exist no longer from Israel

which makes perfect sense where he will not be preaching covenant to Israel anymore after the decreed period of 70 'seven years' is reached and he will exist no longer for israel(vanish/disapear).

if the Christians still insists to use literal meaning of kill, then the Messiah was killed and vanished. Again, it has nothing to do with waking up after 3 days and stay on earth for 40 days before vanishing himself.
