Assalamualykum
Brother there're lots of foolish claims raised by the Christen missionaries against a verse in the Quran which says the moon was split. Following is the verse:
"The hour hath approached and the MOON hath been cleft or cracked"(54:1)
Brother I think you know, when Kafirs asked our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) to show them a miracle, Allah granted him the power to split the moon. So he did it by the grace of Allah. Thus his Prophet hood was confirmed. Many Muslims and non-Muslims, even an Indian King have been reported to see this very miracle. Brother please visit the link given bellow:

Brother they use some mistranslation, fabricated hadiths and some other false references to deceive our fellow Muslim brothers and sisters. So until you're sure that you won't be influenced by them don't visit their sites.
