« on: February 02, 2018, 03:17:00 AM »
I don't exactly know these hadith but can you find them quote them and explain them

1) The prophet said it's perfectly fine and clean when he found a dead rat in someone's cooking oil this is very unwise surely there must be an explanation.
2) There i's a hadith were they crucify or kill atheists for What seems like no reason.
3) One of the prophets wife's are beaten by there dad just for slightly irratating the prophet

Question

A mouse fell into a container full of olive oil when we opened it to take out a quantity for use. So what is the ruling on this oil? Is it permissible to use it in cooking?

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

If the mouse fell in the oil while it was already dead, or that it was taken out of it dead, and the oil was liquid, then the oil must be discarded as the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said when he was asked about a mouse which fell in cooking ghee: "If it is liquid then throw it away, and if it is solid, then throw the portion around it (i.e. the mouse)." [Abu Daawood and An-Nasaa'ee]

This is the view of the majority of the scholars may Allaah have mercy upon them however, Ibn Taymiyyah may Allaah have mercy upon him is of the view that liquid oil or any other liquids do not become impure unless they are changed (colour, smell, taste); this is also the view of the Hanafi school, and one of the two opinions of Imaam Ahmad may Allaah have mercy upon him.

Allaah Knows best.

” But I remained motionless as if I was dead lest I should awake Allah’s Apostle although that hit was very painful. Volume 8, Book 82, Number 828: Sahih Bukhari 1:7:330, and Sahih Bukhari 6:60:132

Whoever translated the Hadiths above has translated it wrong. The word above is entailing that the Abu Bakr STRUCK Aisha. The word in Arabic that is used is “Lakazani”. I will now show what the correct translation is:

So as you see Abu bakr poked Aisha hard. She was never hit with his fist: If Abu Bakr, the father of Aisha really hit her, wouldn’t she at least fall on the floor from such a blow or even stumble? It doesn’t make any sense. A woman getting struck by a fully grown man (his father) and yet she still stands there? The fact that Aisha still stood there, not falling down from the assumed blow, proves that Aisha was not hit by her father’s fist, but poked hard by her father.Correct translation would be that Abu Bakr poked her hard.
