But do you agree that al hijr could be anywhere where there is a rocky area where they could build there houses etc meaning it doesn't have to be mada'in saleh but anywhere with a rocky are to build houses like I said like yemon or petra oman etc just as long as it has a very rocky area to build there houses

Or somewhere else near madian saleh like al ula or such etc because al hijr could be the region not a specific place but anywhere between jordan and mekkah like the hijaz tract do you agree with all this the hijr and thamud houses bit the bits I have all just said after you last post  jazzakkallah and thanks for for the help

Thamudic houses if encountered should be in ruins, collapsed
and yes al hijr can be of huge plain. It is defined to be between Wadi al Qura and Syria
