Ok thanks so yea you agree they can't be thamud jazzakkallah and yea you also agree we can't see any traces of thamud left if there houses jazzakkallah

But do you agree that al hijr could be anywhere where there is a rocky area where they could build there houses etc meaning it doesn't have to be mada'in saleh but anywhere with a rocky are to build houses like I said like yemon or petra oman etc just as long as it has a very rocky area to build there houses

Thamudic houses if encountered should be in ruins, collapsed
and yes al hijr can be of huge plain. It is defined to be between Wadi al Qura and Syria
