The Second Treatise of the Great Seth is an apocryphal Gnostic writing discovered in the Codex VII of the Nag Hammadi codices and
dates to around the third century.

6th century. Therefore, The Second Treatise of the Great Seth was written
before Islam.
The Second Treatise of the Great Seth says that Jesus testified that he is not the one who was put on the cross but another one. That is exactly what Quran says.
