I highly respect brother Osama for his great work but I find something objectionable on your site where you state that you are proud
(I understand it's not that one) or happy to be a palestinian-american.

Messenger of Allah (saw) said, "Undoubtedly Allah has removed from you the pride of arrogance of the age of Jahilliyah (ignorance)
and the glorification of ancestors. Now people are of two kinds. Either believers who are aware or transgressors who do wrong.
You are all the children of Adam and Adam was made of clay. People should give up their pride in nations because that is a coal from the coals
of Hell-fire. If they do not give this up Allah (swt) will consider them lower than the lowly worm which pushes itself through Khara (dung)." [Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi]

May be , for you it's as a minor issue but if we all muslims around the world think about it then we will come to a common conclusion that the cause
of problem among the various muslim majority countries is dis-unity whether it be for sect or nationality.Nationalism is destroying the muslim community more than anything.Seeing the condition of ur country as wells as iraq,afghanistan where 100 thousands of people die everyday. The leaders of approx 50 muslim majority countries instead of helping them might be saying

WHY SHOULD WE INTERFERE IN THE MATTERS OF THEIR COUNTRIES AND LEADERS. LET THEM HANDLE ITSELF

BUT Prophet Mohammed pbuh said in Sahih bukhari
2443. Narrated Anas bin Malik Allah's Messenger said, "Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or he is an oppressed one

Nationalism is dividing 1 billion muslims around the world can you believe where in the Quran Allah says one steadfast believer(Q8:65) can overcome
10 Disbelievers yet the case now seems to be exactly opposite.

I am sure you will not disagree that NATIONALISM WAS THE CAUSE OF BOTH WORLD WARS where millions of people died for the pride and glory
of their nations and leaders who fooled them for their throne and glory.

Even many so called "conspiracy theorist" mention on their sites that the jews around the world are successful because of their unity like satan.
You may be knowing or not knowing they are so many sects among the jews themselves like ashkenazi ,sephardic, mizrahi etc yet rarely state or they care about it including nationality - Law of Return 1950 .Nevertheless,  they take pride among themselves to be called as children of israel, chosen people of God or jews and not american jews(may be they do so  to show off) or palestinian jews.


REMEMBER, IF ANYBODY SAYS THAT I AM A FIRM BELIEVER IN HUMANITY AT THE SAME TIME A STAUNCH NATIONALIST OR A PATRIOT THEN DO I NEED TO SAY THAT HE IS A PURE HYPOCRITE AS HE WILL NOT CRITICISE HIS COUNTRYMEN KILLING OTHER INNOCENT PEOPLE FOR THE SAKE OF HIS NATION OR SHOULD I SAY THEIR GODS i.e., THEIR POLITICIANS OR  LEADERS AS DID PAUL TIBBETS WHEN HE DROPPED THE ATOM BOMB ON HIROSHIMA AT THE SAME TIME SAYING HE DID NOT FEEL SORRY FOR THAT INSPITE OF KNOWING THAT APPROX 1-2 lac PEOPLE DIED.


ISLAM IS THE ONLY RELIGION WHICH STANDS FOR GENUINE HUMANITY AND IN NO WAY WILL IT ALLOW TO KILL PEOPLE FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR LEADERS .ALSO, MUSLIMS MUST KNOW ABOUT WHO IS SUITABLE TO BE A CALIPH(i.e., HIS PIETY OR TAQWA IS HIS ELIGIBILTY) AND WHAT HE MUST DO TO RULE PROPERLY AND JUSTLY i.e., Rule as per the law of God - Quran.


Christianity failed to end sectism,racism and nationalism.-World war 1 and 2.
Judaism failed to end tribalism.12 tribes of judah
Hinduism failed to end casteism. Brahmin-upper caste and shudra-lower caste.
Buddhism failed to end nationalism.- China,Japan and Korea's political issues.
Atheism again failed to end nationalism. Russians.

As for Islam. Allah always told the believers not to be divided (Quran 3:103)
It was the ego and greed of the so called muslim scholars that created sects in islam for which they will have to pay the price as ALLAH SAYS.

in Quran 6:159 - Indeed, those who have divided their religion and become sects - you, [O Muhammad], are not [associated] with them in anything. Their affair is only

to Allah ; then He will inform them about what they used to do.

Thank you dear brother for sharing your thoughts and concerns.  It is always healthy when brothers and sisters give constructive criticism or objection to each others.  It helps us all learn and build ourselves.

As to the issue of nationalism, akhi there is nothing wrong with you belonging to a certain group or nation.  After all, Allah Almighty Said:

[049:013]  O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of God is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And God has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things).

Now of course, we are all One Muslim Ummah (nation):

‏21:92 ان هذه امتكم امة واحدة وانا ربكم فاعبدون

[021:092]  Truly! This, your Ummah (Sharia or religion (Islamic Monotheism)) is one religion, and I am your Lord, therefore worship Me (Alone).

But still this doesn't eliminate one's ethnic nationality, hence I am a Palestinian-American Muslim .  There is also an attitude of alienating the Muslims in the West.  So regardless of whether you're a citizen or not, you are to be marginalized and alienated by the majority of the citizens.  So, we must make it absolutely clear that we do belong to those countries, especially when our kids are also born there.

As to using the word "proud", I most certainly didn't mean it in having any personal pride, dear brother.  The meaning of it is like saying I am proud to be in your team.  It means I am happy to be part of your group.  Or like saying "I am proud of my little daughter's achivements."  Similarly, I am proud to be an American Muslim.  This is why I said on www.answering-christianity.com/ac.htm:

Proud to be a Muslim, and a

America doesn't just belong
to the Jews and Christians!

You didn't got what I am trying to say. I think u miss the point where I had mentioned that I know its not that pride in the bracket.I got that U r saying that u r happy to be palestinian or american or palestinian-american. What is there to be happy to be palestinian or american. R u not happy or proud that u r a muslim. P

Islam is against nationalism as I have quoted hadith in my claim.

All muslims nation should unite under one caliph is what we should look and pray for. King faisal & khomeini also tried to establish pan-islamism back in 70's but the former was killed before he could achieve it . I hope u know that cia brain-washed his nephew to assasinate him.

To all those who don't know what is pan-islamism:-

As for attitude of alienating by the westerners. These people are hypocrites so to appease them we don't need to show that we love so called "their country". They themselves were not from america & I am sure u know that better than me. History stand witness that these people had colonised and did innumerable atrocities on different so called nations. If they argue we should say I am a world citizen to shut them up  . Never did we find any hadith where Prophet Mohammed pbuh says or be happy or love ur country .On the contrary he said - The Muslim Ummah is like one body. If the eye is in pain then the whole body is in pain and if the head is in pain then the whole body is in pain. Ur countrymen or muslim brother in palestine r killed everyday and instead of raising voice for them in america or UN u r saying I am happy. I don't want to offend u plz try to understand. Nationalism is the biggest weakness of muslims today please read that carefully to understand what I am trying to say.Nationalism is invented by pagans & christians not muslims.

Majority of these white americans(not all  Aksarahumul-faasikeen) are worst kind of arrogant hypocrites on earth and even if u give everything -
They will still say he is not a human being (like us).
