Special Characters now work!

As‘salamu Alaikum (this time with a special single smart quote hehehehhe),

“this is a test with special quotes (also known as "smart quotes")”

“  ‘You see, I am using both single and double quotes of smart quotes: ’ ”

FINALLY!  Alhamdulillah.  This was a major problem with posting texts for many of the members!
