To be more accurate, its defciency in Aql, or mntq or LOGIC....Its just a TYPE of intelligence.... Logical intelligence or Mathematical intelligence....The females aren't that good in this type of intelligence, but definitely better in another types as mentioned in the similar hadees,
1.The interpersonal type of intelligence and
2.The linguistic type of intelligence...

The purpose of that hadees was never to degrade the females but was to mention the difference...the strengths and weaknesses in both genders...

This verse forbids people to ask useless and unnecessary questions because some people used to put such questions to the Holy Prophet as were of no practical good for mundane affairs nor for spiritual up-lift. For example, once a certain person while sitting in a gathering asked him, "Who is my real father?'' Likewise, sometimes, some people put unnecessary questions concerning legal matters so as to get these defined, whereas they had been purposely kept undefined for the good of the people. Far example, when Hajj was made obligatory by a commandment in the Qur'an a certain person heard it, and instantly asked. "Has it been made obligatory to perform Hajj every year'" The Holy Prophet did not make any reply. The man repeated the question, but he again kept quiet. When the man put the question for the third time, he replied, "Woe to you! If I had said: 'Yes', the performance of Hajj every year would have become obligatory and people like you would have been unable to perform it and been guilty of disobedience. "

Cost of transplantation of liver (PMPM) is greater than that of pancreas,but it does not mean that pancreas is less important or it is okay to hurt pancreas.

Similarly,damaging the eye would lead to costly fine than damaging the calf muscles.

It does not mean that the calf muscles are not important or they should be damaged because the fine is less.NO.

Note it too that both,who damage the eyes and the calf muscles,are criminals.Both are needed to pay the fine.

Similar is the case of blood money of Muslims and Non Muslims.The lesser blood money of Non Muslims does NOT mean that they should be killed,and lesser fine does not mean that one who has killed them is not a criminal.

He has to pay the fine too.

There are always some majors and minors.

It is the fact that the Major organs and the Majors of Everywhere are given more importance,but again,it does not mean that the minors have to be ignored or damaged.
