1.The bible could have some mistakes because it has been corrupted. Actually it has, and you can search for it.

2.Yes we need to act on them but when the same context is available.

GENERAL TOPICS | BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS / A message to brother Zakir
« on: February 01, 2018, 06:45:13 AM »
Hello there, brother. I just wanted to tell to not leave your religion for just a few claims. It doesn't matter if the claim sounded unrefutable. There will always be an answer. Don't you think that all these lies that have been made by them, and have been refuted are enough to prove that their new claims are also rubbish. So please don't be from those who keep leaving and converting to Islam and leaving again over time. The Quran told us that these people won't be forgiven by God.

Where's the proof of this claim?

I meant 5, not 3. Sorry for that

Hello there, I just thought about David Wood and decided to watch a new video from his videos, and then I realized how weak and funny his points were. I can't share the link here. However, you can watch it on youtube. David wood made many comparisons between The prophet Muhammad(Peace be upon him) and Paul, but a one comparison is enough to show that all his videos are blatant lies.

So, without further ado, let's get started.

7:58
Paul vs. The prophet Muhammad(Peace be upon him): Conclusion (PvM)

-He says that our prophet was illiterate caravan trader and Paul was an brilliant scholar
Well that was hilarious because being illiterate doesn't make you inferior to someone. Our prophet was sent as a messanger not as a fighter, or a scientist. This is like comparing a football player to a swimmer

-He says that Paul died an honorable death as martyr while our prophet died a disgraceful death like a false prophet
Hmmm.....He is pointing out that our prophet was poisoned, but actually anyone who studies Islamic history will know that our prophet wasn't killed, but rather died like normal people. The angle of death even asked him whether he wants to die or to stay alive. There's enough respones for the hadith of poisoning.

He says that our prophet's message insults Jesus while Paul's message honors Jesus
Actually we as Muslims are supposed to respect all prophets of Islam, and Jesus is one of them, so I guess no.

-He says that our prophet spoke none of relevant languages while Paul spoke all of the relevant languages.
How on earth will that make Paul better than our prophet?! What kind of logic do you use, David Wood?

-He says that our prophet's teachings were heavily influenced by paganism while paul's weren't
Because pagans didn't want justice. They always considered poor people inferior to them, and they treated black people worse than animals.

I think these 3 points are enough to show you how a blatant liar, and an illogical man is David Wood.

We define purpose as the main point of oir life. Every perspn has a different purpose from the other. On the other hand, the purpose of living organisms is to survive. The real question is, does everything need a propose? Look at the rain as it has no purpose. It"s just a natural phenomenon. Allah SWT isn't there for a reason. He is just there for no reason because he is eternal, uncreated, uncaused. Why would the creator beg to the laws of his creation? So, yes Allah has no purpose, he may not create anytging after.us at all. It's better to not think how Allah looks like, or what he is. Such questions are pointless becuase none knows the nature of God.

Allah created all the stuff around us to prove that he is powerful and is capable of doing anything. Don't you agree that all these galaxies around us and all these species lead us to the conclusion that a powerful entity created them?

Secondly, Allah said in the Quran that he created humans and  Jin to worship him, and had promised them the paradise if they succed in this test.

Atheists don't really believe in God because of the absence of the proof. Anyone could easily know that this universe should have been created by a powerful entity that is capable of knowing what to do, not a mindless entity, or a mindless process. Yet, they still raise very weak arguments like:

"If the universe need the cause, then why don't God? They assume that God, and the universe are the same thing, and that what applies to the universe applies to God."

And they keep talking about morality when there's no single proof that morality exist. Yet, they still believe in it.

Asslamau alaikum

How do we reapond to people who say muhammad suffered fdom illnesses like epilepsy, acromegaly, narcisistic personality disorder etc.

And give this as evidence:
disease caused by excessive production of a growth hormone, resulting in large bones, cold and fleshy hands and feet and coarse facial features such as enlarged lips, nose and tongue. Acromegaly occurs after the age of 40 and usually kills the patient in his early 60s.  It causes impotence, while it increases libido.  This explains Muhammad's sexual vagaries in his old age and why in the later years of his life he had such an insatiable craving for sex.  He would visit all his 9 wives in one night to touch and fondle them, without being satisfied.  His impotence explains his insecurity, paranoia, and intense jealousy of his young wives.  He ordered them to cover themselves, lest other men would cast a lusting eye on them.  Today, half a billion Muslim women veil themselves, because Muhammad was impotent.  Muhammad's illnesses explain a lot of mysteries of Islam.

What's the proof of this crap?

Narrated by Anas:
The Prophet said "None of you will have faith till he loves me more than his father, his children and all mankind." (Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 2, Number 14)

I couldn't find this hadith anywhere. Apparently it's just another blatant lie.

Quote
Muhammad was an orphan.  Spurned by his mother in his infancy and left in the care of a Bedouin couple, he had a loveless childhood.  He then passed to the care of his grandfather and uncle who took pity on him and spoiled him.  Not receiving love at a time he needed unconditional love and not receiving discipline when he needed to learn about boundaries, he developed narcissistic personality disorder, a trait that made him a megalomaniac bereft of conscience.  He fantasized about unlimited power, expected praise and admiration, believed he was special, and expected others to believe him and go along with his ideas and plans.  He took advantage of others, was jealous, yet believed others were jealous of him, and was extremely hurt when rejected, even killing those who deserted him.  He lied and deceived, feeling entitled and justified in doing so. All these are traits of narcissistic personality disorder.

Two word. Prove it.

Quote
Thanks to another mental illness, temporal lobe epilepsy, the prophet of Islam had vivid hallucinations he interpreted as mystical and divine intimations.   When he claimed he heard voices, saw angels and other ghostly entities, he was not lying.  His problem was that he could not distinguish reality from fantasy.

He also suffered from obsessive compulsive disorder, causing his fixations on numbers, rituals and stringent rules.  This explains why he lived such an austere life and why his religion is filled with so many absurd rules.

You're suffering from ignorance. You think that I wouldn't recognize a non-Muslim with his blatant lies?

Such a weak argument. He only pointed out one website, and one scholar who claims that. All historians seems to disagree with this assertion. This assertion is just like any other blatant lies and fallacies. If anyone has studied Islamic history, he will apparently see that the name of prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) was same before he even become a messenger, or before even Islam arose. There's hundreds if not thousands of narrated hadiths calling the prophet (peace be upon him) by Muhammad. Show me one strong, authentic hadith that calls the prophet (peace be upon him) by Qathim, and if it was his real name how came not a single historian told us? How would it even affect us if our prophet's name was Qathim before Islam?

In the Quran, it's says that if it's very necessary to do something harm, then it's not haram. Like if you very thirsty and you have nothing to drink but wine, then it's not haram to drink it.

Allah is apparently responding to those who claim that the prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) was killed by poison, so even if their claim was true, then it wouldn't matter because he is a human in the end, so even if the prophet get killed, then it wouldn't matter because he is going to die eventually.

Well, it's plausible that the verse is probably a response to this claim, or maybe not. I'm not awfully sure, or maybe the verse is saying that even the prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) can get killed.

I'm very sorry to hear that. May Allah reward him.

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased)."

I just wanted to tell you to ensure that you're going to pray for your father.

I wonder why are you always posting hilarious claims claiming that they are suspicions. Why do you assume that all people care about the truth? The flat earth has been disproved thousands years ago, yet we see some people that still claim that earth is flat. Just because the Quran is perfect doesn't necessary mean that all people would believe in it. There're some people who don't care about whether God exists, or not. They just want to enjoy life as much they can. Not all people want to the truth. There're some people who deny the truth. No matter what evidence is provided.
