salam alaikum
authentic narrations :
Sahih al-Bukhari, Number 232:

Narrated Aisha: “I used to wash the semen off the clothes of the Prophet and even then I used to notice one or more spots on them.”

Sahih Muslim, Number 669:

It was narrated that Aishah said concerning semen: “I used to scratch it from the garment of the Messenger of Allah.”

Sahih al-Bukhari, Number 230:
Narrated Sulaiman bin Yasar: “I asked Aishah about the clothes soiled with semen. She replied, ‘I used to wash it off the clothes of Allah’s Messenger and he would go for the Salat (prayer) while water spots were still visible.’”
https://sunnah.com/bukhari/4/97
Mani (sperm) is pure according to the majority of the Muslim scholars even though removing its stains from the clothes is better in order to keep the cleanliness than leaving it. ‘Aa’shah may Allaah be pleased with her the mother of the believers, used to remove the sperm from the clothes of the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ).

As for washing urine stains from the body and the clothes, it is obligatory.

Therefore, a person should take all precautions in order to avoid becoming impure by drops of urine, by seeking a suitable place and adopting proper ways for relieving oneself.

The Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: “Keep away from urine since most torment of the grave is due to not avoiding urine.” [Al-Daruqutni, Sheikh al-Albani considered it as sound].

In brief, washing the urine from the body and clothes is compulsory if it is much.  If it is only in a little quantity, then some scholars from the Shaafi’i, Maaliki and Hanafi Schools are of the opinion that such a small quantity is tolerable and washing it is not compulsory. They have different opinions in determining the amount that is considered as small and when it reaches the amount that is considered as much, it should then be washed.  The Maaliki School is of the opinion that if a fly leaves some stains of urine or feces which are not noticeable and to avoid that is very hard for people, then such a quantity is considered little and is tolerable. The Hanafi School is of the opinion that if the quantity does not exceed the size of a Dirham, then it is tolerable.

Some other scholars, like those of the Hanbali School, are of the opinion that there is no difference between a small and a large amount of impurity as far as the matter of purity is concerned except if it is so small that it is not noticeable, such as some trace of blood on one’s clothes which could be excused.

The opinion of the Hanbali School is the preponderant one since there is no evidence that supports the first opinion. Also, there is no evidence that can be used as criterion to determine the small quantity.

Therefore, if one’s clothes become impure, one has to remove the impurity regardless of the quantity.  If one cannot remove it and the time of the prayer is about to end, then one may perform the prayer in those clothes since Allah does not burden a soul beyond its scope.

Allah Knows best.

Assalam alaikum

The first ayah is recited like this according a narration of unknown authenity not according to any text.

Some Orientalists are making a mountain out of a molehill through false assumptions on the basis of rare recitals of the Qur’an and have drawn self-conceived inferences from them.[1]

Muslims are united on their understanding that only such recitals of the Qur’an are reliable that fulfill three conditions, namely

1. The Particular recitals can be incorporated in ‘Uthmani script.

2. It should confirm to the rules of the Arabic Grammar.

3. It must have proof of the authentic uninterrupted transmission from the Holy Prophet (saw), or at least it must be popular among the scholars of Recitals.

Any Recitals lacking even one of these three conditions is termed “Rare Recital” and no one in the entire Ummah took it as reliable. A close look on “Rare Recitals” reveals that one or more of the following defects are present in them.

1. Sometimes that recital is totally innovated, just as recitals of Abdul Fadl Muhammad bin Ja’far Khuza’I that he has attributed to Imam Abu Hanifa. Darqutni and all other scholars have exposed them and declared that they are all innovated.[3]

2. Sometimes they have very weak precedents, just like the recitals of Ibn -us-Samifa and Abdus Samal or many of those recitals which Ibn Abi Dawud has attributed to different Companions and their followers in his Kitab-ul-Masahif.[4]

3. Sometimes precedent is correct but infact it is not the recitals of the Qur’an, but a Companions or his follower added one or more words during ordinary discourse as an explanation to some word of the Qur’an. Since Qur’an in its entire substance was uninterrupted and thousands of Huffaz were present in every period of time, there was no danger of actual addition in the original text due to additions of explanatory words.[5] Hence, such explanations were not considered objectionable. For example, it is reported[6] that Sa’ad bin Abi Waqqas read a verse (4:12) as;

Here the words من أم were an explanatory addition. Similarly it is reported[7] that Sayyidina ‘Uthman read a verse (3:104) like this;

In this the phrase; ويستعينون الله على ما أصابهم is exegetical addition because if it had been part of the Qur’an in 'Uthman’s recital, it must have been present in the transcriptions compiled by him. But this phrase is not to be found in any of his seven transcriptions.

There are many such examples found in Rare Recitals.

4. Sometimes it happened that certain recitals were abrogated in the last days of the Prophet’s life but some Companion who had already memorized it remained unaware of this act, hence he continued to recite it as he had learnt.[8] Because the other Companions knew that this had been abrogated they did not recite it not did they consider it to be correct recital anymore.

5. It appears from some Rare Recitals that probably some follower of Companions made a mistake in the recitation of the Qur’an quite unintentionally (as sometimes happens even with eminent Huffaz) and listener reported it as he had heard.[9]

Whatever “Rare Recitals” of the Qur’an have been reported; most come under one of the above five situations. Obviously, no question arises for accepting these Recitals as reliable. Consequently, the Ummah never relied on them in any age. That is why these recitals could not even become popular, nothing to say of their being uninterrupted. Hence the inferences drawn by the Orientalists on the basis of “Rare Recitals” that (God Forbid) differences exist in the text of the Qur’an, is such an unfounded and absurd idea that it deserves no consideration at all from scientific and research point of view. And Allah knows the best!

Ok, but is it refuted?
What are they arguments ?
I don't like you advertising the infidels' garbage here.  Please refrain from posting links of this type here.

Jazakum Allahu khaira  :)

As'salamu Alaikum dear brothers,

While I appreciate brother Proud Muslim for requesting me to answer this question, but I am the least among you.

In Islam, a Muslim man can:

1-  Have sex with his single slave female.
2-  Have sex with his married slave female.
Jazakum Allahu khaira for all your work for Islam may Allah accept it and have mercy upon us all.

Regarding the second point, this is from islamqa:
" It is not permissible for a man to have intercourse with his slave woman who is married; whoever does that has committed a haraam (forbidden) action and is to be punished.

Ibn Qudaamah said in al-Mughni: if he marries off his slave woman, then it is forbidden for him to have intercourse with her… There is no doubt and no dispute concerning the prohibition on his having intercourse with her, for she is now permissible to her husband, and no woman can be permissible to two men. If he has intercourse with her then he is guilty of sin and must be punished. Ahmad said, he should be flogged but not stoned, i.e., his punishment (ta’zeer) should take the form of flogging.

Vol. 9, p. 497.
Islam Q&A
Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid"

Allah knows best.

350
Well, here's another question, does the Quran tell you to have sex with slaves?

According to this verse: 23:5-6

And they who guard their private parts Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed -

Please explain this and thanks.
People used to have slaves in the past. God stated that the relationship between a slave girl with her master is not forbidden. They could marry among “themselves with their master's permission - or with free men or women. They could appear as witnesses and participate with free men in all “affairs. Female slaves who can afford living hoped to be in relationship with masters, which they equate with "freedom". If a female slave had a child [boy or girl] from the master, she is then honored with the title; “Um al Walad” (mother of the child), and she is freed after the death of her provider.

Educate him
Often times the Arabic word “fitna” (فِتْنَةٌ) in Surah 2:190-194 and Surah 8:39 gets associated by critics to mean “shirk” (disbelief). They claim when the Quran ordered early companions of Muhammed to fight against “fitna”, they assert here that they were ordered to fight non-Muslims merely because of them not believing in Islam. This claim has no foundation whatsoever when one looks at the earliest sources of Islam.

The following Hadith saying is from a Companion of prophet Muhammed (p) and he clarifies what is meant by “fitna” (فِتْنَةٌ):

“Narrated Sa`id bin Jubair:`Abdullah bin `Umar came to us and we hoped that he would narrate to us a good Hadith. But before we asked him, a man got up and said to him, “O Abu `Abdur-Rahman! Narrate to us about the battles during the time of the afflictions, as Allah says:– ‘And fight them until there is no more afflictions (i.e. no more worshipping of others besides Allah).'” (2.193) Ibn `Umar said (to the man), “Do you know what is meant by afflictions? Let your mother bereave you! Muhammad used to fight against the pagans, FOR A MUSLIM WAS PUT TO TRIAL IN HIS RELIGION (THE PAGANS WILL EITHER KILL HIM OR CHAIN HIM AS A CAPTIVE). His fighting was not like your fighting which is carried on for the sake of ruling.

That above hadith says fighting can’t be “for leadership”/supremacy. The fitna fighting was in relation to persecution and oppression. Here is a longer version:

“Narrated Nafi: During the affliction of Ibn Az-Zubair, two men came to Ibn `Umar and said, “The people are lost, and you are the son of `Umar, and the companion of the Prophet, so what forbids you from coming out?” He said, “What forbids me is that Allah has prohibited the shedding of my brother’s blood.” They both said, “Didn’t Allah say, ‘And fight then until there is no more affliction?” He said “We fought until there was no more affliction and the worship is for Allah (Alone while you want to fight until there is affliction and until the worship become for other than Allah.” … Won’t you listen to why Allah has mentioned in His Book: ‘If two groups of believers fight each other, then make peace between them, but if one of then transgresses beyond bounds against the other, then you all fight against the one that transgresses. (49.9) and:–“AND FIGHT THEM TILL THERE IS NO MORE AFFLICTION (FITNA فِتْنَةٌ).” Ibn `Umar said, “WE DID IT, DURING THE LIFETIME OF ALLAH’S MESSENGER WHEN ISLAM HAD ONLY A FEW FOLLOWERS. A MAN WOULD BE PUT TO TRIAL BECAUSE OF HIS RELIGION; HE WOULD EITHER BE KILLED OR TORTURED. BUT WHEN THE MUSLIMS INCREASED, THERE WAS NO MORE AFFLICTIONS OR OPPRESSIONS (FITNA). …

    ” (Sahih al-Bukhari volume 6, Book 60, Hadith 40 https://sunnah.com/urn/41950)

And:

Narrated Ibn `Umar: … Ibn `Umar said, “O son of my brother! I would rather be blamed for not fighting because of this Verse than to be blamed because of another Verse where Allah says: ‘And whoever kills a believer intentionally…” (4.93) Then that man said, “Allah says:– ‘And fight them until there is no more afflictions (worshipping other besides Allah) and the religion (i.e. worship) will be all for Allah (Alone)” (8.39) Ibn `Umar said, “We did this during the lifetime of Allah’s Messenger when the number of Muslims was small, and A MAN WAS PUT TO TRIAL BECAUSE OF HIS RELIGION, THE PAGANS WOULD EITHER KILL OR CHAIN HIM; BUT WHEN THE MUSLIMS INCREASED (AND ISLAM SPREAD), THERE WAS NO PERSECUTION (FITNA).” When that man saw that Ibn `Umar did not agree to his proposal, he said, “What is your opinion regarding `Ali and `Uthman?” Ibn `Umar said, “What is my opinion regarding `Ali and `Uthman? As for `Uthman, Allah forgave him and you disliked to forgive him, and `Ali is the cousin and son-in-law of Allah’s Messenger.” Then he pointed out with his hand and said, “And that is his daughter’s (house) which you can see.” (Sahih al-Bukhari volume 6, Book 60, Hadith 173 https://sunnah.com/urn/43280)

And this report from Fath al-Bari:

“’And fight them until there is no more FITNAH…’
Ibn Umar said, ‘We did that during the time of The Messenger of Allah when Islam was weak and the man would be tried in religion, EITHER TORMENTED TO DEATH OR BEING IMPRISONED. When Islam became stronger and widespread, there was no more Fitnah.’ …” (Fath al-Bari volume 8, page 160) (Tafsir Ibn Kathir (Abridged) [Abridged by A Group of Scholars Under The Supervision Of Shaykh Safiur-Rahman Al-Mubarakpuri. Maktaba Dar-us-Salam – Second Edition, 2003] volume 4 page 314)

Ibn Kathir explains that “fitnah” in Surah 8:39-41 is understood classically to mean that a Muslim is persecuted so much that he may abandon his religion. In his footnote he provides Ibn Abi Hatim (854 – 938 AD) who also has this opinion:

“’until there is no Fitnah’ the Fitnah mentioned here means, until no Muslims is PERSECUTED so that he abandons his religion.” (Ibn Abi Hatim volume 5, page 1701) (Tafsir Ibn Kathir (Abridged) [Abridged by A Group of Scholars Under The Supervision Of Shaykh Safiur-Rahman Al-Mubarakpuri. Maktaba Dar-us-Salam – Second Edition, 2003] volume 4 page 314)

When some commentaries or the above Hadith say fitna in connection with “no more worshipping of others besides Allah” in brackets, one should note here this is in reference to some Muslims who were forcefully converted to polytheism (Shirk) and thus they had to worship idols or gods of the persecutors. Thus no more shirk in the sense of them (persecutors) not being able to persecute an individual where they may fall back into polytheism due to the oppression.

Conclusion:

These Hadith reports shown proves unequivocally that fitnah requires physical persecution and oppression against Muslims before any fight can occur. It also proves that it is a fight by the weak against the oppressor and never a fight by the one in power to impose Islam on others. Therefore, “fitna” was understood by Prophet Muhammed’s companions as persecution and oppression.
