Title: How do you identify a rapist?

So yeah. How do you know if someone has committed rape or not. Do you need witnesses? Just a testimony of the raped? Testimony of the raper?

I believe it was testimony and proof, witnesses can also be used as a back up. there is the hadith about how the prophet only needed the victims testimony.
