I have added the following calculations:
[018:025] .....three hundred (solar) years, and add nine (for lunar years).
Solar year = 365.2422 days
Lunar year = 354.604 days
They slept for 309 lunar years.
They slept for 300 solar years.
How many days did they sleep in the 309 Lunar years? 354.604 X 309 years = 109572.636 days.
How many solar years are in the 109572.636 days? 109572.636 / 365.2422 = 299.99999. That's precisely 300.
