Because,Pubic hair is a sign of being a teenage+ or adult,it was that way, since If you hit puberty your dead,why was this? Since Bantu Qurayza even after being captivated,continued threatening Muslims, and cursing at them,so they killed all Adults since if they were freed,they would've been a danger to Muslims.

Next, you claimed that Muhammad approved killing innocent civilians. Wrong! When Muhammad saw a woman was killed during a battle, he condemned killing women and children.
It is narrated on the authority of 'Abdullah that a woman was found killed in one of the battles fought by the Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him). He disapproved of the killing of women and children.
Sahih Muslim Vol. 4, Book 19 (Jihad), Hadith 4319
Ibn 'Umar:
During some of the Ghazawat of Allah's Apostle a woman was found killed, so Allah's Apostle forbade the killing of women and children.
Sahih Bukhari Vol. 4, Book 52, Hadith 258
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab that a son of Kab ibn Malik (Malik believed that ibn Shihab said it was Abd ar-Rahman ibn Kab) said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade those who fought ibn Abi Huqayq (a treacherous jew from Madina) to kill women and children. He said that one of the men fighting had said, 'The wife of ibn Abi Huqayq began screaming and I repeatedly raised my sword against her. Then I would remember the prohibition of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, so I would stop. Had it not been for that, we would have been rid of her.'

Even First Caliph Abu Bakr urged his warriors to avoid killing innocent civilians as well.
Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said that Abu Bakr as-Siddiq was sending armies to ash-Sham. He went for a walk with Yazid ibn Abi Sufyan who was the commander of one of the battalions. It is claimed that Yazid said to Abu Bakr, "Will you ride or shall I get down?" Abu Bakrsaid, "I will not ride and you will not get down. I intend these steps of mine to be in the way of Allah."
Then Abu Bakr advised Yazid, "You will find a people who claim to have totally given themselves to Allah. Leave them to what they claim to have given themselves. You will find a people who have shaved the middle of their heads, strike what they have shaved with the sword.
"I advise you ten things:
Do not kill women or children or an aged, infirm person. Do not cut down fruit-bearing trees. Do not destroy an inhabited place. Do not slaughter sheep or camels except for food. Do not burn bees and do not scatter them. Do not steal from the booty, and do not be cowardly."
Muwatta Malik Book of Jihad, Hadith 10
You also claimed that if a person insulted Muhammad (SAWS), he would kill the person. Butzdenn, you are completely ignorant about Muhammad's life.
When he visited to Taif to teach people about Islam, they insulted and stoned at him, so he fled the village to find a safe place. However, Gabriel asked the Prophet that the Angels would kill all the people in the village with big mountains, but the prophet strongly rejected Gabriel for killing people who insulted and stoned at him. Was this a mercy?

Moses (phub) was a peaceful prophet in Islam, but he was a brutal murder in the Bible unfortunately.

That's like questioning why one who reaches puberty should be responsible to receive circumcision.
Hence if you think for a bit then you would have known the reason to it, those who reaches puberty are considered adult , not to mention it was also one of the requirement to participate in a battle.

Do you study the history of wars in thousands of years ago? Do you ever hear about child soldiers in Africa?
If a child soldier plan to kill you, you refuse to kill him, right? This is nonsense.

Boys who have reached puberty have more developed mental stability socially they can make decisions better than the counterpart they have reached the state where they have the ability to make important decisions and can be held accountable for it ,this is a scientific fact and boys hit the puberty no less than 13 years of age then they no more remain children they are called teenagers a stage before becoming an adult
