Salam Aleikum, in 1698, Louis Maracci publicates Refutatio Alcorani, It is in latin language, and it is said that refutes the Qur'an sura by sura. What do you know about this?

I'm not sure nor have i ever heard about it. Maybe the others have. But what my common sense tells me is that if it were really true and able to refute all or some of the Qur'an. Wouldn't the enemies of Islam be using this on a constant basis? Allahu a'lam i could be wrong.
