Aslaam walaikum brothers and sisters in islam recently i posted a short article on captives of banu al mustaliq raped or released
There i said that since temporary marriage was not prohibited so it was fair for sahaba to temporarily have sex with slave woman before selling them.
But Islam honours the slave woman and Allah revealed the iddah period law which will automatically avoid "usage" of slave woman for sex.
Considering temporary marriage as a form of adultery (which is true) i concluded that this was a highly exceptional case and temporarily using the slave women for sex will be prohibited. There is not eve a single other incident where the sahaba actually did this way so concluded it to be a highly exceptional case (which is true).
