If you notice in the video, the creator of video with his effort to defend his Hellenistic greek religion by showing Islam the same (religion of prophet Noah and Israelites prophets) as the false one.

He compared a jingling bell and relate it to a voice of angel resembling a jingling bell. As bell is one of musical instrument of Satan.
It seemed that the creator concluded that the angel had a bell in his throat, in order to link the angel with Satan.

talking about Satan,
later he quote about Helel/Lucifer who is also is known to be Jesus himself /Helel/Fallen morning star, that is how certain Christian sect interpret the word Helel.
Even they are confused of whether Helel is Jesus or Satan.
