it's easy just act like an architecture who built a house , i built this house(body) in 2 months and finishing it after put kitchen , bathroom , wall , living room , paint, floor, water faucet , electric, decoration in 4 months to complete the whole house for whoever wants to live in it.

as for that verse please you must see the difference between (Jibal) mountains and (Rawasi) continents in the Quran.

(15:19) god casted (رواسي)(rawasi) = we believe it closer to mean continents because cast it's about gravity, not mountains (جبال)(jibal) .
it's only mistranslated or maybe misexplained. mountains is like a stakes , but continents is not mountains in quran. 88-19: "how the mountains are set firm," here it is (جبال)(jibal).same (79:32). 78-7" And the mountains as stakes?"  (جبال)(Jibal)

77-27" place/cast on it high mountains and provide you with fresh water?"  here  (رواسي)(rawasi) gravity continents not mountains.
