1-  The Noble Quran's claim:

In this section, we will first look at Allah Almighty's Miraculous Claim in Noble Verse 15:22, and then further prove it using Noble Verses 30:48, 35:9 and 2:71.

As we clearly see below in Noble Verse 15:22, virtually almost all of the English translations accurately translated the Noble Word LAWAQIH in a sexual context because the word is always used in the context of bringing the male and female seeds together to fertilize.  This is indeed a Miraculous Notion and Statement by Allah Almighty in the Noble Quran because winds do indeed cause the sky to electrically fertilize positive and negative electric charges by joining them together, which is why we hear thunder blasts before the rain actually comes down.  More details and proofs are provided in the conclusion section below.

Also, Allah Almighty in Noble Verses 30:48 and 35:9 Said that the wind EXCITES the clouds!  When reading the two Noble Verses in the context of Noble Verse 15:22, we clearly see that indeed Allah Almighty Miraculously stated very clearly that, again, winds do cause the sky to electrically fertilize positive and negative electric charges by joining them together, which is, again, why we hear thunder blasts before the rain actually comes down.

Allah Almighty also said in other Noble Verses that He sends the winds to excite the clouds.

In Arabic, tutheer means to excite.  Mutheer means exciting and Itharaa means excitement.  Allah Almighty Said that He sends the winds to tutheer the clouds in the following Noble Verses.

These particles are preserved. In this way, people have come to know that the Qur’anic verse points to how the winds fertilize the clouds with water vapor then with condensation nuclei as a precursor to the existence of rain. Allah says:

THE FECUNDATING WINDS In one verse of the Qur'an, the "fecundating" characteristic of the winds, and the resulting formation of rain are mentioned. And We send the fecundating winds, then cause water to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water in abundance. (Qur'an, 15:22) This verse points out that the first stage in the formation of rain is wind. Until the beginning of the 20th century, the only relationship known between the wind and the rain was that it was the wind that drove the clouds. However, modern meteorological findings have demonstrated the "fecundating" role of the wind in the formation of rain. As explained earlier, this fecundating function of the wind works in the following way: On the surface of oceans and seas, a large number of air bubbles form because of the water's foaming action. The moment these bubbles burst, thousands of tiny particles, with a diameter of just one hundredth of a millimetre, are thrown up into the air. These particles, known as "aerosols," mix with dust carried from the land by the wind, and are carried to the upper layers of the atmosphere. These particles carried to higher altitudes by winds come into contact with water vapour up there. Water vapour condenses around these particles and turns into water droplets. These water droplets first come together and form clouds, and then fall to the Earth in the form of rain.
