In light of Jesus will return from Arabia according to both the Bible and Islam:

The Palestinian woman: The Jews' dog:
Matthew 1522 And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.
23 But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.
24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
25 Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.
26 But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.
27 And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.
28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.Notice how he then said she had a great faith. In fact, Jesus didn't tell anyone this in the New Testament
except for this woman and a centurion (Matthew 8:5-13), who was a Roman, and maybe a few others (not mentioned in the Bible). So only rare people got this statement from Jesus. He wasn't giving it loosely and carelessly. So was Jesus making a statement here about the change of the Arabs' status? Is this a change from being pagans and the believers' dogs to the best people in Faith, so much that he will return from them?

Matthew 8:10 When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.Jesus simply despised the Jews! He always addressed them as those of little faith or no faith at all. My point here is not to put down the Jews, for the Glorious Quran praises those who follow the Light from among them, and Allah Almighty promised them Paradise:
www.answering-christianity.com/jews.htmThe point here is that Jesus DESTROYED that the Ishmaelites and the Arabs are nothing but worthless dogs! He praised the Arabs as people of great faith. He brought up the dogs point to destroy it. And again, he will return from Arabia according to the Bible itself. The Bible certainly speaks about the future glory of Arabia. And Allah Almighty spoke about making Ishmael for the latter generations:
