The subject of Mankind's Corruption of the Bible has interested me greatly, and I have taken a closer look at this subject. Its seems it's not only your site that brings this subject up, but a couple of Christian sites too.

When you compare this to the great lengths taken to preserve the original Qur'an, there's no contest!

THE hierarchy of the Roman Catholic Church has published a teaching document instructing the faithful that some parts of the Bible are not actually true.
The Catholic bishops of

But the first 11 chapters of Genesis, in which two different and at times conflicting stories of creation are told, are among those that this country’s Catholic bishops insist cannot be “historical”. At most, they say, they may contain “historical traces”.
The document shows how far the Catholic Church has come since the 17th century, when Galileo was condemned as a heretic for flouting a near-universal belief in the divine inspiration of the Bible by advocating the Copernican view of the solar system. Only a century ago, Pope Pius X condemned Modernist Catholic scholars who adapted historical-critical methods of analysing ancient literature to the Bible.
In the document, the bishops acknowledge their debt to biblical scholars. They say the Bible must be approached in the knowledge that it is “God’s word expressed in human language” and that proper acknowledgement should be given both to the word of God and its human dimensions.
They say the Church must offer the gospel in ways “appropriate to changing times, intelligible and attractive to our contemporaries”.
The Bible is true in passages relating to human salvation, they say, but continue: “We should not expect total accuracy from the Bible in other, secular matters.”
They go on to condemn fundamentalism for its “intransigent intolerance” and to warn of “significant dangers” involved in a fundamentalist approach.
“Such an approach is dangerous, for example, when people of one nation or group see in the Bible a mandate for their own superiority, and even consider themselves permitted by the Bible to use violence against others.”
Of the notorious anti-Jewish curse in Matthew 27:25, “His blood be on us and on our children”, a passage used to justify centuries of anti-Semitism, the bishops say these and other words must never be used again as a pretext to treat Jewish people with contempt. Describing this passage as an example of dramatic exaggeration, the bishops say they have had “tragic consequences” in encouraging hatred and persecution. “The attitudes and language of first-century quarrels between Jews and Jewish Christians should never again be emulated in relations between Jews and Christians.”
As examples of passages not to be taken literally, the bishops cite the early chapters of Genesis, comparing them with early creation legends from other cultures, especially from the ancient East. The bishops say it is clear that the primary purpose of these chapters was to provide religious teaching and that they could not be described as historical writing.
Similarly, they refute the apocalyptic prophecies of Revelation, the last book of the Christian Bible, in which the writer describes the work of the risen Jesus, the death of the Beast and the wedding feast of Christ the Lamb.
The bishops say: “Such symbolic language must be respected for what it is, and is not to be interpreted literally. We should not expect to discover in this book details about the end of the world, about how many will be saved and about when the end will come.”
In their foreword to the teaching document, the two most senior Catholics of the land, Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O’Connor, Archbishop of Westminster, and Cardinal Keith O’Brien, Archbishop of St Andrew’s and Edinburgh, explain its context.
They say people today are searching for what is worthwhile, what has real value, what can be trusted and what is really true.
The new teaching has been issued as part of the 40th anniversary celebrations of Dei Verbum, the Second Vatican Council document explaining the place of Scripture in revelation. There is no question that the corruption of the bible is the number one reason, and perhaps the only reason, why its ministers commit rape and homosexuality by the mass. They have no faith and no solid book to follow and to be guided by. They know they are the ones who dictate what goes in it and what gets removed from it, just as the "fathers" before them did. You can't expect from such people to not fall as victims into sin when they have a corrupt book that is completely worthless and helpless to them, and deep inside, they don't regard it any more than a history book.
I hope you see this point clearly because their exposed sins, like I mentioned above, serve as a living testimony that the Bible is a worthless and is a corrupt book. Fascists: The Christian Right and the War on America is a non-fiction book by American author Chris
Hedges, released in January 2007.
Hedges is a former
seminary student with a Master's Degree in Divinity from Harvard and was a
long-time foreign correspondent for The New York Times. He had previously
criticized the Christian right in articles such as his cover story
in the May 2005 issue of Harpers' magazine called 'Soldiers of Christ'.
Hedges' title comes from a
prediction by his Harvard ethics professor, James Luther Adams, who 25 years
earlier had warned his students that they would all be fighting the
"Christian fascists".[1]
Hedges argues that this
prediction has come true in that extreme forms of American Christianity now
share many features with totalitarian movements, including suppression of
individuality, a belief in magic, a shifting ideology, a "binary"
good-or-evil view of the world, and a deep intolerance of people outside the
movement. He writes that "Christian radicals" are often so consumed
with power and wealth that their practice is no longer following
"Christianity" in the traditional sense, as a religion focused on
compassion and caring for the downtrodden.
He contrasts the fundamentalist
understanding with that of his own, in which the Bible is recognized to have
some contradictory, and even hateful passages, and
scientifically, is limited to what people knew at the time. "Genesis was
not written to explain the process of creation, of which these writers knew
nothing (Me: Thankfully at least he admits the ANONYMOUS
book of Genesis is a
FAIRY TALE and is
NOT historical in any
way!). It was written to help explain the purpose of
creation....to help us grasp a spiritual truth, not a scientific or historical
fact....Doubt and belief are not, as biblical literalists claim, incompatible.
Those who act without any doubt are frightening."[2]
Hedges believes many of the
followers are vulnerable victims of what he calls "The Culture of
despair" resulting from dislocation and an economic disparity that has hit
the American working class especially hard. In some parts of the country,
Hedges writes, radical churches offer people a sense of belonging that was once
found in the greater community. New converts are surrounded by new friends, but
also live under a rigid of set rules that require unquestioning submission.
The book
describes some of the places and events of the Christian right, including the
50,000-square foot Creation Museum in Petersburg, Kentucky; a Love Won Out
conference in Boston sponsored by Focus on the Family; the National Religious Broadcasters
annual convention in Anaheim; and Trinity Broadcasting Network's lavish
headquarters in Costa Mesa, California.
"The radical
Christian Right calls for exclusion, cruelty and intolerance in the name of God," Hedges writes in his concluding
chapter.
"Its members do
not commit evil for evil's sake. They commit evil to make a better world. To
attain this better world, they believe, some must suffer and be silenced and
destroyed. The worst suffering in human history has been carried out by those
who preach such grand, utopian visions, those who seek to implant by force
their narrow, particular version of goodness. This is true for all doctrines of
personal salvation, from Christianity to ethnic nationalism to communism to
fascism. Dreams of a universal good create hells of persecution, suffering and
slaughter." [3]

Rick Perlstein of
the New York Times writes "Of course there are Christian fascists
in
Joe Bailey of the
Oregon Daily Emerald wrote that Hedges "confuses political activism
with totalitarian violence. ... Like all Americans, conservative Christians
have the right to pursue their political objectives through peaceful and
democratic means. Which is precisely what they have done.
Despite the peaceful and democratic nature of their activism, Hedges attacks
conservative Christians with the nastiest of slurs, revealing a frightening
ignorance. ... The old guard of the Christian Right is stuck in the culture war
mentality that originated in the 1960s. When liberals like Hedges adopt a
similar culture war mentality, they only fortify the divide and lend ammunition
to their adversaries."[5]

I first heard about this book when Bob Edwards interviewed Chris
Hedges on NPR, something that says volumes as Republican members of congress
have tried for years to curtain if not silence public radio. Mr. Hedges, who
along with other reporters from "The New York Times," won the 2002
Pulitzer Prize for their coverage of global terrorism, dares to use the
"F" word here as it relates to the Christian Right and its attempts
to take over our government, creating an oligarchy. We have read before much
of what Mr. Hedges covers here-- Christian radio and television, Timothy
LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins' enormously popular LEFT BEHIND novels about the
Rapture, etc., the Christian Right's inroads into all areas of politics from
the local school board to the U. S. Congress, Senate and Presidency, the
teaching of Creationism in our public schools, the demonization of gays,
Muslims, liberals, immigrants, pro-choice advocates, et al. To see the
Religious Right's plans all laid out so well by Mr. Hedges is devastating
beyond words. It is useless he says to attempt debate with these people or to
try to change them as they are intent on destroying everyone who does not
think as they do. He does exhort all Americans who care about diversity to
"give up passivity, to challenge aggressively this movement's deluded
appropriation of Christianity and to do everything possible to defend

Debunking another Christian myth

One
of the most common claim made by Christians is that
Jesus never killed anybody. They often always bring this up against Muslims as
if to show that the prophet Muhammad was a bad person because he killed people.
Before refuting the myth that Jesus never killed anyone, we must also expose
the Christian double standard and the Christian weak line of argument. If Jesus
is great, and the prophet Muhammad is bad because he killed people, then so is
Moses, and so is David.
The
OT shows us a lot of battles that both Moses and David took part in, and both
these men killed a lot of people, including women and children. Yet when we
show this to Christians, they simply ignore it, or try to justify it. Yet what
is most inconsistent about this is that if the prophet Muhammad kills people in
battle or war, the Christian goes mad and starts screaming out 'false prophet!
Such inconsistency from the Christian only exposes the Christian's deceptive
character, and shows that these Christians dont have no holy spirit in them.
Now
let us go back to the main topic, which is refuting the Christian propaganda
lie that Jesus never killed anyone. As you all know, Christians always make the
claim that Jesus is God, they claim that Jesus is the
same God of the OT. So basically what we have is this:

since Jesus is the God of the OT, we shall now look at the God of the OT

These
are just 2 examples the God in the OT ordering the death and destruction of the
people. In fact the verses are very explicit; the God of the OT is making it
clear that it is HIS SWORD which shall slay the people.
So
since Jesus is God, and is the God of the OT, this means that it was Jesus who
ordered these killings and it was Jesus who killed all these people! Hence the
Christian myth is DEBUNKED. Jesus did kill, and Jesus ordered the killings of
women and children, the fact that Christians claim that Jesus never killed
anyone is a plane intentional lie by the Christians. We must ask why would the
Christians make such a blatant lie? And it also leaves us with another
question, which is what else do the Christians lie about? What other myths and
propaganda do they create on their made up faith? We can only guess, but no
doubt each lie will get caught and exposed.
